The hotel's shuttle bus to Brunate is available from Monday until Sunday. On Sunday there is a public bus, but the hotel doesn't provide free tickets. The service should be booked upon check-in.
Please note that the hot tub comes at extra charge after 8pm. The outdoor pool is open from 15 May until 15 September.

Un chauffeur est à disposition plusieurs fois par jour qui peut venir vous chercher ou vous déposer dans le centre de Côme car l’hôtel est très excentré et le bus ne monte pas jusqu’à la haut.
Dans la réservation il est préciser que le spa et inclus et ouvert de 8h à 20h, à notre arrivée la dame de l’accueil nous dis qu’il faut payer 30€ par personne pour le jacuzzi pour 1h, c’est du gros foutage de gueule nous avons choisi cette hôtel en particulier pour sa et au final il faut encore payer en plus alors que ce n’est pas préciser lors de la réservation dans l’annonce.

Le seul petit bémol que je peux mettre c’est le service de navette une seule fois on a dû prendre un taxi pour rentrer du centre à l’hôtel.
La vue était superbe mais l'hôtel est situé tout au dessus de la montagne, 20 minutes de route étroite en lacets, dangereuse... S'il y avait eu de la neige, nous ne serions jamais parvenus au dessus.
Situation - accès très compliqué - parking payant - pas d'autre possibilité de restaurant que celui de l'hôtel - nourriture correcte mais pas extraordinaire. Rapport qualité/prix moyen
Très belle vue sur le lac mais qui se mérite car la montée jusqu'à l'hôtel est compliquée. Route très étroite et très sinueuse.
Personnel et chambre très bien. Et très bon petit déjeuner.
Réveillé la 1ère nuit à 7h15 par la personne qui rentrait la poubelle dans le local. Cela pouvait attendre

Hotel pulito e molto bello, spa con jacuzzi ottima, con vista mozzafiato su Como e il lago. Cibo molto buono e curato, si vede che fanno tutto loro a partire dalla colazione per finire al loro ristornate "la polenteria" dove abbiamo cenato, mangiando piatti a base di polenta davvero molto buoni. Personale molto gentile e preparato, purtroppo io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e loro sono stati prontamente di grandissimo aiuto e sostegno.
Se avremo modo ci torneremo sicuramente, super consigliato.
There is no better view of Lake Como than from Hotel Paradiso. We were able to easily get a taxi from the train station to the hotel and check in promptly. The venue was quiet and clean. The staff was so kind! There was a glitch on the webpage and the cooking class experience I booked was unavailable so I was offered a refund of the package and upgraded to a lake view room for free! The staff recommended a walk to the lighthouse at sundown and ended up getting engaged there! The staff celebrated us with drinks and surprised us with flowers and balloons at dinner as well as a reserved table for breakfast the next morning. They went above and beyond to ensure a special stay for us as well as every other guest. I am already looking forward to my next stay.
