It was a very unique property. They had a wonderful restaurant in another one across the street. We arrived early and we were able to sit down and have a beautiful lunch is an unusual in different setting and I loved everything about it. The morning breakfast was absolutely amazing as well. The views from our room were outstanding. I only wish it wasn’t winter and we could’ve enjoyed more of the outside beauty of the pool and spa area.

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints in that area. It was an amazing Stay.

Stunning view! The stuff is very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

We’ve got the room where the smell of cigarettes was present ( we do not smoke). To refresh the air inside the room we opened the window, but there is no mosquito net, so we had a “guest”
Also, the hotel offers birthday package service - you can easily choose the surprise, but in my case we came too late in the evening, and I had no idea that hotel offers something like that. Would be nice to be informed in advance about extra services.

La vue sur le lac est exceptionnelle et tout le personnel est aux petits soins

Cons:

L’accès en voiture n’est pas facile car la route est étroite (prévoir une petite voiture). Heureusement l’hôtel a un service de voiturier qui mène au funiculaire reliant Brunate à Como
