Taxi discounts are offered for transfer to/from the airport or train station. Pros:

Bekväm säng och sköna lakan, här sover man gott. Mysigt rum med snygga trämöbler. Frisk luft i rummet, går att reglera temperaturen. Inga starka dofter eller damm vilket var perfekt för mig som har astma och allergi. Vänlig receptionist.

Finns kaffe och te på rummet. Utmärkt frukost. Vi åt lunch på restaurangen och köttet var utsökt.

Finns pool och bastu med vacker utsikt över bergen.

Fantastisk utsikt från Faro Voltiano som ligger precis bredvid hotellet. Om man går österut (via percorso pedonale per il cau) kommer man till två utsiktsplatser som ligger relativt nära boendet.

Little pearl on top of Lake Cuomo.
Pros:

Staff- many thanks to Hajar, Eduard, Rosa, Francesco and Giorgia ( what a great bunch of staff)
Amazing food on both Restaurants.
The view is Breathtaking.

Cons:

Just a note if you have a big car it's a little bit of a challenge to drive to the hotel.

Pros:

La vue incroyable depuis notre chambre, l'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel

Cons:

L'accès à l'hôtel un peu compliqué si manque d'assurance au volant 😅
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré mais très bien tout de même 🫶

تعاملهم ممتاز و خصوصا ياسمين و هاجر كانوا في قمه الرقي والأدب .وساعدونا بكثير من المعلومات المفيده و لم يبخلوا علينا حتى بالتاكسي في الطلوع والنزول .حقيقي باذن الله راح أعيد الزياره

المسافه بين الفندق والسنتر بعيده والفندق عندهم ميزه توفير المواصلات إلى القطار الجبلي وقيمته 5 يورو بس بصفه عامه الفندق تجربه جميله و مميزه تبقى في الذكرى

Udsigten, personalet og spaområdet. Fantastisk mad. Området omkring hotellet.

Pros:

L’emplacement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac ! Le personnel était très gentil et nous avons super bien mangé au restaurant.

Cons:

Rapport qualité prix moyen. Chambre jolie et calme, mais très standard. La piscine étant fermée à cause du vent, nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement du spa.
Un peu dommage au vue du prix de la chambre.

Soggiorno perfetto! Il personale è stato super gentile e, con nostra grande sorpresa, ci hanno anche offerto un upgrade della camera senza costi aggiuntivi. La cena è stata deliziosa, con piatti curati e di ottima qualità. Un'attenzione al cliente davvero rara, torneremo sicuramente!

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in bester Aussichtslage hoch oben in Brunate. Die Zimmer und das moderne Bad sind ansprechend ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, ebenso wie das Essenangebot in den Restaurants des Hotels.

Cons:

Die relativ lange Anfahrt von Como über die grossenteils sehr schmale und kurvenreiche Bergstrasse ist fordernd.
