Wir haben uns anhand der Bilder mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Die Aussicht auf den See ist schön. Im Restaurant gibt es zwar nur eine kleine Karte aber das Essen schmeckt gut.

Cons:

Im Gang und auch im Zimmer riecht es muffig. Die Zimmer wirken nicht sauber und auch die Dusche war sehr kalkig. Das Frühstück wird schnell eintönig. Von Brunate gelangt man zwar über die Bergbahn schnell nach Como allerdings muss vorher ein längerer Fußweg zurückgelegt werden. Das Hotel bietet zwar einen Shuttle an, allerdings natürlich nicht nachts. Alles in allem haben wir uns leider nicht besonders wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel sollte grundsätzlich mal wieder renovieren.

A COMPLETE SCAM OF A HOTEL!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! A TRUE NIGHTMARE!!!

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! COMPLETELY MISLEADING & RUINED THE START OF OUR FIRST LAKE COMO WEEKEND:

I have never written a bad review, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel I need to warn other travellers. I booked their largest “suite” with a “balcony,” plus the advertised “private dinner” & “private hot tub,” as a romantic surprise for my boyfriend.

We arrived during a June heatwave & discovered the hotel has NO AIR CONDITIONING. Our tiny “suite” was around 33°C inside with ONE small tabletop fan. We opened the balcony door for air & immediately 3 wasps flew into our room. Reception had no extra fans & their solution was simply to spray chemicals around the balcony.

The extras were also misleading. The “private dinner” was just a table in the normal restaurant with a divider on ONE SIDE, & the “private hot tub” was less than 1 metre from the busy pool & sun loungers. We cancelled both.

After less than 2 hours, we left & booked another hotel with air conditioning. We had already paid almost €1,000 for two nights, yet the hotel refused ANY refund, even partial, & also refused to help with our €90 taxi to the replacement hotel. The situation was so bad that we willingly lost almost €1,000 just to sleep somewhere with air conditioning in a normal location...

The hotel location is also misleading for a Lake Como trip: it is far up the mountain & nowhere near the lake. Taxis are expensive, the roads are very winding, & the funicular is not ideal with luggage in a heatwave.

We were clearly not the only unhappy guests either — we saw people dripping with sweat & a line at reception complaining about their hot rooms.

Thankfully, we saved our weekend by leaving & staying near the lake. I later complained to Booking.com who contacted the hotel requesting a refund, but the hotel still refused. Months later, we have received nothing back. A COMPLETE SCAM!

Relaxing with beautiful views.
Pros:

The views and pool were beautiful. We had a terrace facing the road and this was large and in the sun which was wonderful.
Facing a lovely church and nice to people watch . I would recommend these rooms .
As you can see the view from pool and restaraunt.
Also 2 min walk to lighthouse for the sunset views. Perfect location.

Cons:

Nothing we loved it.
