It was clean

Cons:

There were many rules that just made things easy for the staff and a inconvenience to the guest.
They swapped meals without asking, and then act as if it was my fault that I didn't like their substitution. Breakfast was hit and miss as to whether it was laid out, and the manager got annoyed when asked to refill it ... general attitude of the staff was that guests were an inconvenience to their day ...

Splendido hotel per godere delle meraviglie di Porto Cesareo, con personale senza paragoni!!
Pros:

L’hotel è molto comodo per raggiungere le spiagge circostanti, le camere sono pulite, ordinate e spaziose. Dal vivo l’hotel è anche meglio di come si vede nelle fotografie. La zona piscina è super comoda e rilassante. Il buffet di colazione è fornito di tutto ciò che serve (prosecco incluso!) e lo staff è sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Abbiamo anche trascorso una serata nel bar e ristorante: drinks pre-cena a bordo piscina, e cena al ristorante che è stata assolutamente deliziosa.
Una nota particolarmente positiva è lo staff. Partendo dal direttore Gianni che non poteva essere più gentile e simpatico, fino a tutto il personale di sala. Loris, Ayush, Roberto, Flavio, Gabriele e le ragazze in reception ci hanno fatto sentire sempre coccolate e a nostro agio. Assolutamente raccomandato!!
