Excellent stay in a lovely city!
Pros:

Classic hotel, large room, great value, nice location.

Cons:

At breakfast we were first told by the old man that the “ included breakfast” was just croissants and fruit, and that anything from the menu was extra. We thought this odd or suspicious. We ordered from the menu and it was good. We then find out it was included. Ciudat. Is the restaurant running a mini scam to try and bilk extra money from naive visitors?

A Wonderful Hotel with Truly Exceptional Staff
Pros:

Hotel Cherica was one of the highlights of our stay in Constanța, and we will remember it especially for the kindness and outstanding support of its staff.

We had planned to travel by bus from Constanța to Varna, Bulgaria, but only discovered the day before departure that tickets had to be booked five days in advance. What had seemed like a straightforward journey suddenly became a stressful situation. Christina at the front desk kindly helped us by calling the bus company to check whether there was any way we could still travel. Later, Andrea, who was working the evening shift and already knew about our difficulties, also offered us so much help and support.

We are truly grateful to both of them for their kindness and willingness to help us when we needed it most. Their thoughtfulness made a real difference to our trip.

Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself is beautiful: spotlessly clean, elegantly designed, and thoughtfully equipped. Even the toiletries, tea, and coffee were of excellent quality. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and friendly.

Hotel Cherica is much more than a lovely place to stay. It is a place where genuine hospitality makes you feel cared for. Our experience here was one of the best memories of our time in Constanța, and we would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Pros:

Location close to everything

Cons:

I wasn't satisfied with the breakfast idea, when they mention Breakfast is included, people expect BF buffet, but what we found there was different, it was a la carte, and we have to choose one thing only from the menu, I will not choose it again.

Excellent well managed hotel close to the beach and old town .
Pros:

Everything was great . Well appointed large rooms. Great breakfast with plenty of variety on what is available to eat. Staff are very willing to help out , e.g. made a dinner reservation for us.

Pros:

A wonderful stay at Hotel Cherica! The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is excellent. A charming and comfortable hotel that I would definitely recommend. I would happily stay here again!

Cons:

The breakfast options were very good, although a buffet-style breakfast would have worked better for us.

A gem of an old building nicely renovated , a huge room, v good breakfast and v helpful staff. They went out of their way to help parking our car near the hotel.
