Pros:

I was initially considering giving a lower rating, but later decided it would be unfair to be overly harsh.

The first suite I was given was quite below my expectations. Although it was confirmed to be a “Premium Suite,” it was very different from the suites I had stayed in during my previous visits. Fortunately, after I mentioned it, the staff changed the room and provided another suite.

There was also a small communication confusion regarding the drinking water in the room. When I asked the reception, I was told to take water from the minibar. Since the room already includes complimentary tea and coffee with a kettle, I assumed the water there might be part of that setup. The next day another receptionist explained that the minibar water was actually complimentary. It seems there was simply a small communication issue.

I would especially like to thank Mihail. During my previous stay, the breakfast experience was not very pleasant due to the attitude of a younger staff member. However, this time Mihail welcomed us warmly, helped with the menu, served our coffee, and even offered croissants that we had not been told about before. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the breakfast experience much more enjoyable.

Overall, despite a few small issues, the hotel clearly has team members who genuinely care about guest experience. Thank you to the team.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bagels were not fresh. They felt a bit stale and quite heavy in texture. They could definitely be improved by serving them fresher, softer, and lighter. The rest of the breakfast, however, was very good.

Pros:

Totul a fost excelent. Hotelul este localizat foarte aproape de plaja și centru. Este cochet, elegant, liniștit. Camerele sunt foarte mari, curate, cu un miros extrem de plăcut! Restaurantul la rândul lui elegant, rafinat!

Un hotel situat aproape de malul mării. Raportul de preț - calitate este unul corect. Personalul amabil. Camera a fost curată.

Cons:

Singura obiecție, personală, a fost temperatura din cameră, 25 grade C. Eu sunt obișnuit cu o temperatură de 20 grade C.
