Todo estupendo.

Cons:

La falta de servicio en el salón ingles a las 21h.Nos informaron de que no había servicio fuera del fin de semana y en otras ocasiones no nos había pasado. además según el horario oficial si deberían de habernos atendido. Es una pena pq me parece una maravilla poder terminar el día tomando allí algo...fue la única decepción de la estancia.

All was excelente but the room was too hot and we couldn’t sleep well due to high temperature during our stay

Un gran sitio para desconectar.

Como siempre el lugar precioso y la chica de recepción y el personal del balneario muy atentos.

Le hemos visto poco sentido a la nueva ubicación de la recepción en el hotel 5*. Está en un entrepiso debajo de la escalera desangelada. Al irnos, el mozo de maletas nos estaba viendo bajar esas escaleras cargando con ellas y ni se inmutó a ayudar. Se quedó de cháchara con ella incluso cuando nos fuimos nuevamente cargando con las maletas para subir otra vez esa escalera. Hay un ascensor pero no tiene sentido cogerlo para medio piso. Es un sinsentido hacer pasar a los huéspedes por eso para ir hasta donde han alojado la mesa de la recepción.

el bar ingles sin el servicio establecido, no pudimos tomar allí nada a las 21h como otras veces, a pesar de que el horario era el establecido en los carteles. No me parece buen servicio para un hotel de sus caracterÍsticas.

Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional.El restaurante nos sorprendió. La cena estaba muy rica y los camareros nos atendieron muy bien.
El comedor donde desayunamos es precioso, aunque el buffet es muy básico.

Cons:

Falta de personal en la recepción de 5 estrellas. No había coordinación y tenías que cruzar hasta la recepción del de 4.. Tanto el balneario real como el aquaxano estaban masificados.
Te cobran por los gorros con publicidad, en otros como el de Sanxenxo o puente Viesgo te los facilitan y no es por lo que cuesten, sino por el detalle.
Las habitaciones del de 5 parecen iguales que uno de 4, no hay diferencia apreciable.
