Da gusto alojarse en este hotel si buscas tranquilidad y calidad.

Prácticamente todo, es un placer alojarse allí.

Cons:

Pues lo único que no nos gustó es que no pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones Aquaxana(cerrado por mantenimiento) esto lo deberían de haber indicado a la hora de hacer la reserva o a los días siguientes de la misma, tardaron bastantes días en dar esa información.

Un coin relax proche de la ville
Pros:

Balneario Real c'est vraiment bien, propre, calme, ...un bon espace de détente.
Déjeuner complet, produits de qualité.
Emplacement dans la nature et proche d'Oviedo.

Cons:

Distance de notre chambre à la réception ou au parking.
Propreté à revoir de la piscine extérieure de l'Aquaxana!!!

A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and clear improvements
Pros:

Our stay at El Gran Hotel Las Caldas was once again very positive. The surroundings and wellness facilities remain a strong highlight, and this year the improvement in sleep quality, thanks to a wider pillow selection, was particularly appreciated.

Staff interactions were excellent throughout. Reception staff were professional and welcoming, and the bellman provided outstanding service.

Cons:

We noted two minor organizational points: the English Bar was unattended during advertised opening hours on one occasion until reception was contacted, and reception is advertised as opening at 11:00 but is not fully operational until approximately 11:10–11:15. Updating the displayed opening times could help manage expectations.

These observations relate to operational organization rather than individual performance. The team showed a consistently high level of service, and employees should not bear the impact of management or scheduling decisions outside their control.
