Pros:

Posizione ottima, personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Bagno e doccia scarsi. Nella doccia servirebbe un portasapone. Televisore non si vede la RAI e i canali normali.

Camera pulita e di dimensione adeguata.
Bagno spartano ma pulito.
Posizione ottima: a 5 minuti dal Duomo e a 2 minuti da Piazza San Marco dove c'è la fermata del tram.

Cons:

Materasso davvero scomodissimo: troppo rigido.
Il cuscino è veramente troppo sottile, è come non averlo.. peccato.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, bien el servicio de información para manejarte. Te pasan los datos en tiempo y forma y te podes manejar muy bien.

Cons:

En la escalera exterior hay cierto olor extraño, pero no dentro del Hotel.

Only the location & the staff response time on whattsapp was very good.

Cons:

Should be referred to as a hostel & not a hotel. Very tatty, needs a complete refurb, really not a nice place to stay. No tea/making facilities.

Friendly hotel in good location with basic facilities. Good value.
Pros:

very good location. excellent cafes and restaurant nearby. Very friendly and helpful manager

Cons:

Check in was stressful. Could not get key box code to work and thus took long time to extract key for my room. Reception only manned for relatively short hours - check in has been automated and I am the generation that hates dealing with apps After a long stressful journey I just want to check in with a human being at the reception desk, not wrestle with downloading an app Also there was steep climb to second floor room because although there is an elevator in the building. guests of the hotel are forbidden to use it. This seems bizarre.
