Charmantes Haus mit Top_Lage in ruhiger Fußgängerzone
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang. Top-Lage in Fußgängerzone. Ruhiges Haus. Großes, individuelles Zimmer mit drei großen Fenstern. Das Haus hat persönlichen Charme. Wir kommen wieder.

The hotel is in an excellent location right in the center of Alkmaar, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and made the check-in process smooth.

Cons:

Nothing to mention. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

De suite die we hadden geboekt voldoet aan de beschrijving, is erg ruim, maar is verouderd. Er wordt niet veel liefde in gestoken in de zin van aankleding of versiering en dergelijke. Onhandige kleine wastafel, eigenlijk een 1-persoons ding zonder ruimte om toiletspullen neer te zetten. Het geheel kan zonder heel veel moeite veel mooier worden gemaakt. De suite ligt rustig aan de achterzijde van het pand.

Personeel super vriendelijk! Onze koffer hadden we in de ochtend al afgegeven en in de middag was deze alvast op de kamer gezet. Mooie verzorgde kamer met airco. De locatie is top, midden in het centrum. Mooi pand van buiten en van binnen. We hadden geen ontbijt genomen, dus daar kan ik geen mening over geven.

Cons:

Het douchen in bad was niet heel comfortabel. De stap om in het bad te komen was erg hoog, dus veel kans om uit te glijden. En als oudere mensen deze kamer zouden krijgen, dan kunnen ze die hoge stap niet maken vrees ik.

Cons:

Het was niet schoon genoeg en het ontbijt was het niet helemaal, voldoende keus alleen alles was te ver van te voren klaargemaakt.

Locatie: PRIMA. Personeel: VRIENDELIJK. Ontbijt: GRANDIOOS.

Cons:

De kamer. Ik kreeg het kleinste kamertje. Dit terwijl ik al op 8 januari hag geboekt! Er was geen kleerkast aanwezig, geen haakjes aan de muur of deur om kleding op te hangen. Dit was mijn 2e of 3e verblijf in dit hotel, maar ik denk dat ik voor volgend jaar een ander hotel zal uitzoeken.
