Lots of stairs with heavy bags. A little pricey. Sand, but this could be expected being so close to the beach. Noisey.

Very good and would definitely stay again
Pros:

Fabulous Location to beach, cafes and hotels and restaurants. The best location could see the beach from the apartment. Stayed in Apartment 15 and would book again.

Cons:

Nothing really they are older apartments but value for money for the location. For families I would suggest the if the apartments had a cabana and beach towels you could stay at the beach all day.

Staff were excellent and made sure we were comfortable the entire time even gave us an upgrade on our room. The room was spacious and in a great location.

Wir würden wieder kommen, da Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mit dem Flug zusammen passte!!

Lage ist super, man ist zu Fuss schnell in Restaurants und Läden. Neue Aircondition erhalten während unseren Aufenthalts. Die Flughafennähe ist super!

Cons:

Kücheninventar liess zu wünschen übrig. Speckiger alter Teppich. Schiebewand bei Duschkabine defekt.

Beautiful views, great location, spacious unit. Room outdated and other minor issues.

great location, great views of the beach/sea, close to beach and local shops, short walk into Coolangatta, spacious car park, spacious room, large balcony area looking out to beach.

Cons:

vacuum did not work properly, room outdated, bathroom had tiling falling off, ensuite had a shower that you had to step inside a large spa which was dangerous, aircon made loud noise when turning on, washing machine sounded like an aeroplane taking off when on spin cycle, dryer took all day to dry one load, previous tenant left undies in the washing machine. I paid a lot of money for three nights stay over the new year period, and although I loved the location, the views and size of unit, the smaller issues made it not worth the money.
