Pros:

El personal, de todos los departamentos tuvo una actitud impecable en todo momento, muy de agradecer, nos sentimos mimados en todo momento.
El hotel tiene todo lo que necesites para desconectar. Tanto el spa, los masajes y el restaurante nos encantó.
La habitación estaba bien cuidada y tenía lo necesario.

Cons:

El primer día no funcionaba la cafetera, ni una de las luces colgantes del cabezal de la cama, informamos en recepción y a nuestra vuelta nos comunicaron que ya funcionaban ambas y así era, así que lo solucionaron rápido. Otro día solicitamos una plancha para la ropa y también la llevaron a la habitación rápidamente.
Destacar que la noche que fuimos al restaurante, solicitamos comida para subir a la habitación, nos lo prepararon todo en un carro y nos dijeron que subirlo a la habitación tenía coste extra si lo hacían ellos, por lo que ya que estábamos en el propio restaurante decidimos subir el carro nosotros mismos, sin embargo en cuanto pasamos con el carro de comida frente a recepción, el chico del turno de tarde se ofreció a subirnos él mismo el carro sin ningún problema, un gesto muy agradable por su parte.
Si tenemos la opción, volvemos a alojarnos aquí.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und frisch. Mehr Frühstücks-Auswahl wäre angenehm, z.B. mehr frisches Obst und Gemüse.
Modernes Haus mit kompetentem und sehr bemühtem Empfangspersonal. Beeindruckend großzügiger Restaurantbereich. Gute Küche.
Ruhiges Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten.
Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Pros:

En general todo bien, en especial destaca la tranquilidad del Spa, no sé si fue casualidad o siempre está así. Volveré para comprobarlo.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Asturien, perfekt für Paare.
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, super Personal.

Cons:

Das Spa ist nicht inklusive (einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht gerecht), der Außenpool ist unbeheizt und es gab keine Liegemöglichkeiten.

I hope to visit again. It was great.
Pros:

Phenomenal Breakfasts with the best Cava. Also great dinners. Massage was extra and reasonably priced. Spa is small but works adequately and it is very clean!!!

Cons:

No tea bags only coffee in have room. But there was great loose tea once you go down for breakfast.
