Das Hotel hat von überall eine wundervolle Aussicht & das Frühstück war super gut.
Das Mittagessen war nicht lecker, im Zimmer gab es defekte wo das Personal sich nicht lösungsorientiert darum gekümmert haben. Nicht alle aber grössten Teils der Personal ist nicht freundlich & professionell.
Beach mit Liegen und Tücher, fantastischer Meerblick aus dem Zimmer. Hauptsächlich aber Ruhe Ruhe Ruhe
Ohne Katzen wäre es ein perfekter einmaliger Urlaub !!!!!!!!!!!!!Toilettengeruch auf dem Beach konnte evt beseitigt werden wenn die Gäste die Toilette woanders benutzen könnten!
Prachtige locatie, met eigen vervoer ben je in no-time in het centrum van Bodrum of de haven van yalikavak. Het is een rustige hoek in een mooie groene ongeving.
De afwerking kan links en rechts wat beter, losse beddenbodem, plintjes los, bubbel functie van het bad werkte niet, maar dat zijn kleinigheidjes vergeleken met de fantastische ligging.
The location of the hotel is perfect , 30 min to the airport and 15 min to Bodrum town in taxi
The hotel is lush with tropical plants and gorgeous views from the balconies overlooking the Eagan sea and the cascading gardens to the beach and pool area
I am a good swimmer the sea is calm first thing in the morning than in the afternoon the wind comes and it hets rough Also its deep waters from the jetty so no really suitable for people who are not confident swimmers as you cannot walk into the sea
Friendly and polite staff but most of them are inexperienced students who are trying to do their best to accommodate
It also helped that I am Turkish and communicate with them in everyone’s native tongue
The service and food could have been much better
There was always confusion when it came to service and the food varied in taste , portion and heat depending on the kitchen
I spoke to the general manager who is aware of all of these points and is hoping to improve the situation next year
He told me they decided to open the hotel late and therefore lost all the good staff and training time as they were contemplating completely renovating the hotel and at the last minute didn’t
He is hoping that next year the hotel will be running with experienced staff rather than young university students

I had an overall pleasant experience at Hotel Sarpedor. The location, facilities, and atmosphere made the stay enjoyable and relaxing. Everything worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. Despite some reviews mentioning language barriers, I didn’t find this to be a major issue—it’s a common challenge across Turkey, not something specific to this hotel.
The main drawback for me was the toilet flush in my room, which didn’t work properly and unfortunately wasn’t fixed during my stay. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it did stand out. Another area that could definitely be improved is the breakfast selection. The quality was fine, but the variety was limited, and a bigger choice would really enhance the morning experience. Additionally, while the hotel is still in good shape, it does show some signs of age and will probably need renovation in a couple of years to keep up its standards.
The location was perfect and beautiful. Some staff were friendly but totally incompetent. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is quite nice and you can order a wide selection of dishes like pancakes (which were amazing). Pool temperature is warm. Pool had bed type sunbeds which were really comfortable.
The beach area is very strange, you have to descend down a ladder to get to the water. Dinner was awful, it is only a la carte style and the food is not tasty. Furthermore, multiple dishes and drinks were forgotten about on multiple occasions - sometimes we had to wait 45 minutes for them to rectify our dinner order leaving the food which did arrive to go cold. Staff were never apologetic when this happened.
Everything. It smells of mould. Its old. Its different to the photos. There are steep steps to get to your room. And no one understands english. Plus my front door handle was broke but no one could understand me to fix it. I was meant to stay for 4 day i left early in the morning after 1 night. Amd they are refusing to refund my money. They are thieves.
We have stayed at this hotel twice before, but this third visit was a huge disappointment. The curtain doesn’t cover the window, so you wake up very early on your holiday. There was no mattress protector, and overall the room felt old and run-down among other things.
When we complained via Booking, the hotel lied and claimed they had taken action to fix the issues. That is simply not true — nothing was solved.
The management is extremely poor and clearly has no idea about proper service. Shockingly, they even offered us a downgrade to a standard room as a “solution” to the problem — unbelievable. They ignored our actual request to simply have the curtain fixed and never followed up.
Please, do not book this hotel. Save your money and avoid the disappointment.
And don’t even bother replying to this review with more lies. Use your time to actually fix the problems for future guests instead.

· Хорошее питание.
· Бар с безалкогольными и алкогольными напитками.
· Чистое и красивое море. Собственный пляж.
· Ежедневная уборка номеров и смена полотенец.
· Небольшое количество гостей даже при полном заселении отеля.
· Сауна и спортзал с видом на море.
· Нет шумных развлечений и аниматоров.
· Приятный и отзывчивый персонал: Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Томирис, которая проявила настоящую заботу и профессионализм, помогла решить все вопросы. Спасибо за теплое отношение!
Нюансы:
· Состояние номеров: мебель и отделка в номерах немного устарели, чувствуется, что требуется косметический ремонт. Все чисто, но вид "не свежий".
· Море после обеда: часто поднимаются волны. Это может быть некомфортно для тех, кто любит спокойную воду.
· Доступность: в отеле много лестниц. Не подойдет для маломобильных людей.
Location is amazing, hotel is quite as number of rooms is not in 1000s. You take a real break. Staff were very helpful around the clock even at midnight.

Otel çok güzel bir koyda. Odalar geniş. Odaların konumu manzara görecek şekilde ayarlanmış. Bol ağaçlı. Bütün personeller güleryüzlü. Otelin tamamı temiz. Plaj havluları şezlonglarda hazır bekliyor. Yemekler 10/10. Yemek yemek için yer bulamadık, almak istediğimiz şey bitmiş derdi yok. Tek dezavantaj (bize göre dezavantaj değil) kumsal yok deniz derinliği 2m den başlıyor. Ve çoğunlukla deniz dalgalı. Ama deniz çok temiz. Tekrar geleceğiz Sarpedor ☺️
