It's been a week and I still haven't gotten the incidental money back. They said it should already be there but it is not.

Friendly staff, good location, spacious room.

Cons:

No water available, water dispenser in gym empty the entire stay, AC was extremely loud impossible to sleep, outside of toilet was dirty, window was super dirty (not able to see the view over the hill), TV was useless...not a smart TV with streaming capabilities

I will ask not to be in a handicap or near a handicap room next time
Pros:

Location, good breakfast

Cons:

I was in a handicap room on the first floor and had to be moved because there was a child that screamed every now and then. I asked Not to be on the first floor when I got there but they said no other rooms. At 12:30 AM I had to call Front Deskp to move because I couldn’t sleep because of a child screaming every now and then. The clerk at that hour was nicer than the one when I checked in.

Really quite peaceful stay

Great Weeklong Stay
Pros:

The rooms at the Holiday Inn are very spacious. We stayed a week and they provided housekeeping every day if needed. The breakfast is excellent! So many choices of food and drink! It starts the day off great!

Cons:

There was really nothing I didn't like!

Cons:

The refrigerators was brokenVending machines out of order, the orange juice at breakfast was watery. The bath tub was dirty upon arrival. And the pool was realy small.
