Pros:

Everything else. Checkin lady was very rude, she kept stopping helping me check in to accommodate an employee and was really not paying attention to me, I kept the tag inside the room so it would get cleaned(it did not the 3 nights I stayed and had to get my own towels each night) and breakfast was cold. At checkout, I complained to the girl at the desk. She then got the front desk manager, Angel, and he immediately came to me with an attitude. He kept saying I was antagonizing the situation and all I was doing was letting him know what happened. I called him out when HE DIDN'T apologize, and things got worse. I got my husband outside to go in to speak with him and the so called manager came out and bowed up to my husband like he wanted to fight. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This establishment is horrible all the way around. It needs a whole new staff! I never got a text, email or phone call today*the next day...like I was promised. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE HOTEL!

The coffee and breakfast was good

Cons:

I did not like the fact that I used a debit card and the total for room was 388 and they held onto 402 , and another 402 . I received the second 402 back after I checks out a day later. This tied up my money and I didn’t like this and would not stay here due to that

Stairwell doors were very very loud when closing. Woke me up several times. One light next to bed not working. Kind of expensive.

Disappointed
Cons:

The front desk staff wasn't friendly. The day of our departure, we had car trouble. I had to wait 4 hours for my husband to pick us up. In the mean time, the manager would not allow us to keep the broken down suburban there. I had to slowly drive it to the neighboring parking lot. The situation. Was already stressful for me an my kids. They were no help at all. We waiting in the lobby where the maintenence crew painted and sanded the walls. Needless to say, very bad ending to a great mini vacation. The only great thing was the room. It was very comfy. We've never had this bad of service from any of the Holiday Inn Express.
