Was not allowed to check in. Prepaid for the room through a partner and was told I needed to pay when I arrived at the property. Gentleman working refused to understand that I had already paid.

We didn’t get an opportunity to check out the property, because they gave our room away. We arrived at 8pm to find that they didn’t have a room to accommodate our party.

Pros:

All staff Very Good ! Room smelled like Dog very bad. Told the front desk with No answer for that Smell. Breakfast very good and times helped us get on our way. One day no one come in to clean up and leave us Towles, wash cloths, hand towels but did get some clean linen from your front desk. Our Housekeeping Women was the Best. Didn't get her name but was very helpful and made sure we were Okay. Thanks to Her. She works Days. Also the Front Desk women on the weekend was so nice when we had a problem. He helped Plus even allowed us to sit in dinning room so we could eat our late meal. Very Helpful and Sure Hope you can pass that on. We will be coming back in a couple of Months and will stay at your Hotel again.

Dirty, maid didn’t even clean my room, long hairs on shower walls, dirty floor on elevator, disgusting.
