Very comfortable but breakfast could definitely use some simple over halls to make it more pleasurable.
Pros:

Very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre. The coffee was lukewarm warm and very weak, there was no meat on the breakfast buffet and the bread selection was minimal.

Cons:

The lady at the front desk obviously had a bad phone call before checking me & my family in & said she could not take payment of my card if it didn't have a chip and basically turned me & my 3 grandbabies away! Highly would not recommend this place!

There was 5 people for a 2 night stay and they only gave us 2 towels… housekeeping told us we had to share so we checked out early

Overall it was great and would book here again.
Pros:

It was quiet about the way but yet so close to the mall and outlet stores.

Cons:

I thought the overnight person staff was a bit rude. Overall she did what I asked which was extra blanket and towels but she would roll her eyes and seem like it was big inconvenience to her.

Pros:

Location was good. Large rooms

Cons:

The staff weren't very friendly, couldn't accommodate a couple extra pillows. Our 2nd key card quit working. Was told a time for breakfast, but it was shut down an hour earlier - luckily we made it. The beds caved inwards. Pool water was everywhere including in the elevators.

Everything honestly plus it said hot tub a d their was non and I work the fire marshall office and the rigged fan blowing out the air looked like it was not wired properly
