Worst experience ever

This was the most disgusting room I have ever stepped foot in. I had a room booked for two beds and upon check in I was told it was a one bed room, without complaining I asked if I could have two bed and the front desk man tried to up charge me 50$ for a mistake that was made on their end. When I said no he told me 20$ then and I just said okay because I was tired. When I walked in my room I felt like I was in a cleaned up drug room the walls were stained with god knows what, there were crumbs all over the place and I found two bugs in the bathroom. I was horrified and when I tried to complain I was brushed off. I quickly found a new hotel and when I tried to tell the front desk person I was again ignored. After all that I tried to contact customer service which is impossible over the phone so I have been emailing them for 2 days now and I was told that I stayed my duration and that there was never a complain since it was reported. Not only is the hotel disgusting and scummy but the customer service is horrible and they do not care as long as they get their money

Pros:

Didn’t like that booking gave me a price and it was much more when I got there the front desk lady is real sweet though. She tried to match price but system wouldn’t let her.

Had a nice stay!
Pros:

Trip we were attending a graduation at LSU. The hotel was clean, the employees were pleasant and the location to LSU was close.

Cons:

We had some issues with the TV was not working, but later a maintenance guy was able to get it to work.

Pros:

La ubicación para llegar a mi trabajo

Cons:

No utilicé el servicio de desayuno porque salía bien temprano en la mañana. La parte que no me hizo muy bien, es que en duche de habitación 207, no se logra una temperatura agradable . Deberían revisar el agua caliente para la ducha de esa unidad.

Upon my arrival I was given a room with nothing in it. The tv didn’t work it smelled like they were covering up a murder there was so much bleach. No iron no cups no hair dryer no iron. They moved my room and had all of the above but the sheets had blood stains and I had to kill roaches. At this point I had already spent my money on a no refund hotel but I leaned my lesson. Cheap price , cheap hotel.

Stay elsewhere!
Pros:

Upon arrival, the lobby was closed and the front desk clerk was asleep. We checked in through the after hours window and were told that the room we rented (king size) wasn’t available. Their computer system was down and she didn’t seem confident in checking us in. Our room was very outdated, smelled musty. And there were no toiletries. The pillows were stained and the noise at night is very loud. It sounded like cars were racing all night right outside. Would not recommend.
