Nu am luat in seama recenziile si am gresit.Cand am ajuns au vrut sa ne dea doua camere la subsol unde erau magazii si foarte mizerie.La receptie mi se cereau 180€ in plus pentru camera care de fapt o rezervasem pe booking.Am cerut sa vina un manager care ne-a cazat era un fel de parter deasupra receptiei.Daca ma uitam din camera mea pe geam,vedeam interiorul hotelului.Baile murdare,mobilier vechi,murdar si rupt.La hamam doamna de jos mi-a spus ca are clienti si ca trebuie sa sun doar ziua.Ca ei au platit si au nevoie de relaxare.Fetele de la masaj cred ca faceau alt fel de masaj erau vulgar imbracate si primeau doar barbati.Urcau cateodata la receptie si stateau la agatat de barbati.Cand am scris la hotel,au spus ca spa-ul este al altei companii insa la facilitati scrie ca are si hamam,sauna...Micul dejun foarte sarac,toate zilele acelasi meniu.Nici macar cafeaua nu era buna. Personal total neprofesionist si foarte nesimtiti. Hotel de o stea nicidecum de 4 stele.

Cons:

Struttura completamente da ristrutturare. Porta del bagno senza maniglia e senza possibilità di chiuderla. Porta della doccia che non si chiude. Personale disattento, cupo e non professionale
