It was difficult to get to after dark because of poor street lighting.Not the fault of the property.The room was not easy to get the temperature comfortable .It was either too hot or too cold .

I like the confortable bedroom.

booked 5 nights, but I asked the front desk three days before if it was possible to adjust my stay because my husband had to leave earlier for his military AIT.
Instead of communicating with me or giving me a clear answer, the staff ignored my request until the last day, when it was too late to do anything.

What hurt me was not the policy ( even they didn't show me any document to support what they told me)— it was the lack of respect and transparency.
I felt I was dismissed, not listened to, and not treated with basic courtesy.

The hotel kept the extra nights’ charge, even though I did not stay. Again, I’m not focused on the money — but I believe it’s wrong to keep over $350 from a guest who asked properly, in advance, and was ignored.

Those funds could have gone to housekeeping tips or other expenses, but the way this was handled made me feel undervalued and disrespected.
