Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The ion damaged my dress to go to my nephew’s graduation. The ion has a black thing stacked in the bottom of it . When I went to ion my dress it made it black on a light blue dress. I called front desk and told them and asked them to replace it so next customer wouldn’t go through what I went through with my dress.

It was a a great experience!!! I would totally stay there again
Pros:

The hotel was clean and very accommodating. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. I booked two rooms! Cost was plus 10 in my book!! The breakfast we did t get to sample due to scheduling…was always packed. The pool and gym were also clean and well maintained. Also behind the hotel was a restaurant which we didn’t get to go too. Maybe next trip!! The property was adjacent to the highway and several restaurants chains. The staff day and night were very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we had about our stay. Sarah was our housekeeper she was very nice and friendly. Overall I would book this property whenever I come back to Missouri.

Comfortable, clean, breakfast was ok, staff were excellent.
Pros:

We arrived early and was able to check in early without additional fees, staff very accommodating, polite and pleasant.

Cons:

Our son's room experienced some issues with the TV shutting off and also issues with the internet connection.
