Room had spiders….when we checked all the front desk could say is I apologize..I would have my moneY

That we had spiders in our room and nobody didn’t anything about it saying that they didn’t have any more rooms. I would like my money back bc the say was horrible & tub was nasty we went home to shower

Pros:

The property was very clean and the room was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. When we checked in after seeing the Christmas lights, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful because we weren't familiar with the area..

Excellent location, hot yummy breakfast, comfort and cleanliness all exceeded our expectations!
Pros:

It was Thanksgiving weekend, yet the staff who were working - Debbie, in particular were extremely helpful and nice. Customer service was the best I've seen in years at any hotel even a 5 star!
