Pros:

The bed were very comfortable the room was clean but there wasn't not enough conditioner soap or body cream the breakfast was cold waffles was great coffee excellent the pool was great I love it over all was a good stay Thank you

It was still other people stuff left in the room didn’t look clean it looks like someone just did a 1 2 and done

Besides the noise and disgusting stains, the staff were awesome and super accommodating. Breakfast was nice

Employees were all wonderful! Super sweet and helpful

Cons:

Kids VERY loud after 10pm running up and down the halls. Our room was right at the elevators and people were loud all night long, elevator dinging through the night. Shower curtain had disgusting brown snot(?) stuck to inside AND room curtains (colored ones, not sheer) had GROSS looking stains (bottom left).

I liked the hotel overall, especially the spa and pool.

Cons:

I didn't like that I booked a king room for 2 and received 2 queen beds. Was told that there were no king rooms available.
