It was a decent place, nice and quiet. Rooms are big, which is nice. Beds weren't comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't very child friendly ... no waffles, no muffins, things that kids typically like. The whirlpool was kind of smelly, but it might have been because a smelly person was in it before I went in

Totally dissatisfied
Pros:

The heater in the room was beyond being loud. It was obnoxious. The refrigerator had to be unplugged because it was humming all night. No shuttle service available in evenings to take you to the center of town where the good restaurants are

Great Stay at the Hyatt
Pros:

Great stay at the Hyatt. Every person on the staff was kind, helpful, and very personable. Top notch. We had to depart early due to family emergency, and they were compassionate and took care of things immediately. The room as extremely clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. We would definitely stay there again! One tip, if you are sensitive to noise, request a room on the backside of the hotel.
