Pros:

It was clean and it was close to transport stations. They offer also free luggage storage to their clients.

Cons:

Nothing significant, no refrigerator in the room but not a big trouble.

Horrible logistics

I've booked twin room with preference of 2 single beds half a year ago (17th january to be precise). They didn't manage to provide me a room with 2 single beds. Horrible logistics on their side. Double bed very narrow, not enough space to sleep comfortably for 2 1,9m men. Receptionist not helpful at all, got defensive after I requested twin room and kept repeating "but the message from hotel said that it's up to availability". They had 6 months to make sure i got a twin room. Never coming there again.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage war super, 2 U-Bahn- Stationen in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein.

Pros:

Tiene una excelente ubicación y el hotel es muy bonito. Ofrecen té, café, infusiones y agua ilimitada en todos los pisos.
La habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda.
Hay un restaurante en el primer piso que es una excelente opción.

Ruime, schone kamers voor een prima prijs op een hele centrale locatie
Pros:

Super centrale locatie, ruime kamers.

Cons:

Bij inchecken was de receptionist wat onvriendelijk. De meneer bij het uitchecken overigens niet, die was zeer vriendelijk.

Pros:

Σημαντικό στοιχείο η εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο μετρό και τα υπόλοιπα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Επίσης, υπήρχε πληθώρα καφετεριών που πρόσφεραν καφέ και διάφορα σνακς.

Cons:

Η γειτονιά δεν πρόσφερε ποικιλία εστιατορίων. Δεν έδινε πολλές επιλογές σε διάφορα είδη φαγητών. Η τηλεόραση στο δωμάτιο του ξενοδοχείου δεν είχε αποδοτική λειτουργία και καλό θα ήταν να ανανεωθεί, Ο χώρος αναμονής, μπροστά από τη ρεσεψιόν, θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί. Μια τηλεόραση, για παράδειγμα, καθώς και μια καλύτερη διακόσμηση θα άλλαζαν την εικόνα και τη λειτουργικότητά του προς το καλύτερο.

The relation of price to facilities was nonsatisfactory. I'm not planning to stay there again.
Pros:

1. Very centrally located, good access to public transport and main tourist attractions. Despite a central location, the hotel was quiet at night, i.e. no street sounds, no sounds of drunken people from any bar etc.
2. I liked a safe in the room.
3. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

1. My single room was super tiny. I paid ridiculous money for my stay, yet got a room of a size of peanuts that allowed me to turn around and take two steps forward and back.
2. I don't need an iron in the room, a hair dryer or a fridge. But no kettle?! Again, a very pricey stay with no option of making myself a cup of tea after a long train ride. Seriously...?
3. This leads to an overall observation that for the price I paid I expected better room facilities. I can get all I listed in point 2 above in a chain hotel for a similar price.
4. Tiny bathroom, not enough space/shelves to put bathroom equipment.
5. The wooden (and fixed) hangers close to the safe are not the best idea. I banged my head several times bending over to my suitcase which I placed on the lower shelf, right under the wooden hangers.
6. As said before, the hotel was located in a quiet area. However, what's the point of staying in a quiet hotel if walls IN the hotel are paper thin?? I could hear my neighbour's tv set (until late at night), and footsteps of people living above me, and their farting and sneezing. A rather disapointing experience.
