Pros:

L'emplacement près de différents moyens de transports en commun et dans un endroit calme.
La plupart de l'équipe du personnel est sympa, professionnel et souriant.

Cons:

Une personne a l'accueil qui n'a dit ni bonjour, ni au revoir et le tout sans un sourire .... c'est dommage car les autre étaient au top !
L'absence de fer à repasser dans la chambre.
La chambre (sdb aussi) aurait besoin d'un coup de jeune ...

Mooie locatie maar ook minpunten
Pros:

Mooie locatie midden in het centrum, mooi hotel verder, netjes en schoon, goed ontbijt .

Cons:

De matrassen waren door gezakt met een zere rug wakker worden of niet kunnen slapen omdat je in een kuil ligt. Was geen toeval, kids hadden een andere kamer en daar was het ook zo.
Parkeer plekken van het hotel die je toegewezen kreeg, eerste dag stonden de twee ernaast zo geparkeerd dat wij er niet tussen konden, moesten we weer 400 meter terug voor een andere plek. De dag erna op onze nieuwe plek stond er een andere auto op. Waren we er klaar mee, hebben we hem zelf ook op een andere plak gezet en klaar. Soms lang op personeel wachten aan de receptie. .

Het was top!
Pros:

Hotel zag er netjes uit. Locatie was top en vriendelijk personeel. Fietsen huren was ook erg makkelijk.

Cons:

Ontbijt had nog wat uitgebreider gekund voor de prijs, maar was prima.

Really enjoyed our stay, will look for it again if I go to Berlin.
Pros:

Quiet central location near Checkpoint Charlie.
The U-Bahn was in the next road also.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Ich konnte wunderbar abschalten und den Aufenthalt genießen.
Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check Inn und Check Out. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und man hatte genug Platz. Einen TV gab es auch. Das Hotel liegt an mehreren UBahnstationen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück fand ich zu teuer, aber man musste das nicht zwingend mitbuchen.

Pros:

La tranquillità dell'albergo e la posizione molto vicina al Charlie Check Point, a diversi market e ristoranti. Altro punto a favore: il distributore di acqua!

Cons:

Avrei gradito una maggior empatia da parte dello staff. Ma eravamo molto organizzati e non abbiamo avuto bisogno di informazioni per girare la città.

Auf jeden Fall wieder!
Pros:

Zum zweiten Mal Gast im Gat Point Charlie. Zentrale, ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Checkpoints Charlie. Zimmer ruhig. Gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man als Städtereisende benötigt. Auf den Etagen Wasserspender und Tee. MitarbeiterInnen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In fußläufiger Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Für uns perfekt.

Cons:

Alles prima.
