I thought I booked a handicap room. Overall, it was fine and I appreciated the protein offerings
Pros:

Good price, quiet room, clean.

Cons:

There was no vanity counter to put your make up kit or toothbrush, etc, just a sink hanging on the wall.
Bed was fairly hard.

It’s a hotel that does what it’s meant to do. The area isn’t very nice, but the room was fine.
Pros:

It was cheap and offered breakfast options.

Cons:

The area was surrounded by homeless people. Got asked like 6 times for help by giving money.

Good for the price.
Pros:

The price and location were great!

Cons:

The outside looks so nice and modern, but the inside still needs a lot of work. The elevator was definitely scary, and there was trim coming off the walls. But the beds were comfy. You could also hear everything happening in the room next door. 🫣

Cons:

First night the bathroom wasn't clean. I cleaned it myself. Next day, moved to a second room. The second room was Cleaner, but had to take our trash and dirty towels to the laundry room to receive fresh towels and toilet paper. Both rooms had stains on carpet and walls. Didn't get in the pool. Looked small and dirty. Was told we could get a refund for our first night if we didn't go through a third party to book the room? We also left a day early at 6pm the night before. Ready to go home!

Best bang for the buck in a convenient location to downtown and the airport / to head back to housto
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious enough for my brother and I on our overnight stay in Austin! The complimentary breakfast isn't anything to brag about but its nice to have it! pancakes and toast was nice

Pros:

We so appreciated the hotel getting us transport to the airport. It was a very early flight and this was super nice. Clean comfortable room
