Excellent apartments

Good location, good facilities, great breakfast, nice staff. We had a room with a patio and really enjoyed our stay.

Just back from five nights and would happily stay there again.
Good location - walkable to beach and main areas for bars and restaurants - but far enough away to be very quiet.
Great bike garage and shop
Lovely, friendly staff.
Low rise hotel also meant it never felt overcrowded at the pool or at breakfast.

Great hotel for families and staff are so nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Love the bike shop/rental and the 25m lap pool. So close to beach which gives you the option of hotel pools and beach. Not too big either so more relaxed than larger hotels.
The room was good except the shower head was really poor and the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel wasn’t great. Also shower drain didn’t seem to drain quickly and shower flooded. If they improve this my rating would have been even higher.
The hotel also says that it doesn’t allow saving of sun beds around the pool, however everyone does it before breakfast and the hotel doesn’t actively stop it. All the beds are then gone before 7:30am.. I suggested they have someone out there in the morning actively stopping this however they didn’t take any action. This would easily be solved by active management as you see this at other hotels around the world.

For the price we paid I was disappointed with the size of the accommodation . Also there was a very high step inside the apartment which posed a real
Problem for anyone with mobility or even visiting the toilet at night. Lots of things were not working and needed attention before use.

I have stay heron multiple occasions in this instance had broken patio door that wouldn’t lock. So my room was insecure the whole stay. I complained but nothing was done. So didn’t feel very safe. Food options also not as good as last years trip. I will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Ive stayed in several hotels in Port Pollenca over the years and this is the first i have returned to.
Its just got everything you need if you're looking for a half board base for cycling/sports.
Decent rooms, nice meals, good pool/gym/spa.
I expect i'll be back again.

Absolutely fab stay at the Hoposa. Great location on a few minutes to the beach and to bars and restaurants. Food offered wide range of foods and had a bbq night on a few times during our 10 day stay.

Lots of activities and games for kids. Recreation at the hotel is 100/100 . Lots of families with kids. Convenient location to Beach and most of the biking routes like Sa Calobra and Cap Formentor. Unfortunatelly Villaconcha’s Pool and restaurant Steve also other Hoposa Hotels and the pool during the summer is chaos. Not a spot to chill or soak. Imposible to get a Sun Bed. Food was good and the mini disco and recreation at night for kids were a massive hit. The apts are great and clean and using washer dryer is free.

Had a lovely 10 days with our 1 year old and 4 year old. Loads for the kids to do in the hotel, loved the gym and olympic pool for the adults, and Puerto Pollença is beautiful.

Stayed a couple times now. Always an unbelievable stay. The people are absolutely wonderful, so warm and friendly and helpful. Sporting/activity holidays can be very stressful with the costs, equipment and training that goes into them. Villaconcha takes away any of the stress relating to an actual stay. The whole place is so clean, easy to navigate, incredible facilities to store bikes and cases and wash kit. The breakfast is again fantastic, particularly given the calories you’re needing to consume during your stay. Great selection and great quality.

We stayed there in April for a long weekend purely to have easy access to the bike hire place however we really liked the hotel and was impressed with their price as well. The staff were ever so friendly. Our only criticism is that the floor in our room wasn’t particularly clean when we got there but wasn’t dirty dirty either.

Definitely stay again

We stayed in a standard apartment for 5 nights. It wasn't cheap but good value overall. The apartment was well appointed with good kitchen equipment but no oven. It was spotlessly clean and quiet with excellent maid/cleaning service. The superking bed was very comfortable. Internet was good and TV had some UK channels. Parking was freely available very close to the hotel.

Just back from the best 9 nights at Hoposa Villaconcha. Such a lovely place! Modern and very clean. Pool area is lovely. Great for kids! Thank you so much to Alex and Irata from the kids entertainment they were so amazing with my son will miss them!
We had breakfast each morning which was lovely and a great choice. So near to the lovely sandy beach which is a very long stretch. So many restaurants near by. Nicest area is probably up by pine walk. An amazing holiday cannot fault this place at all.

We have 2 young children & this place is perfect for them. There's plenty for them to do, the staff are great. Always very friendly and helpful. Will probably come back next year!

3 of us had a fantastic stay at the Villaconcha. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Having the Clips bike rental shop in the hotel was very useful.

Great hotel geared for cycling. The only thing I would highlight is that if you book a double room as I did you are given 2 large single beds pushed together with their own individual bed sheets and duvets. As I was travelling alone I could have saved some money if I'd known and booked a single room.
