Sehr sauber, für Velofahrer und Sportler und Familien gut eingerichtet, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal.
Etwas kompliziert zu finden.
Great hotel for sports fanatics (and families) with nice facilities for biking and other sports. Bike rental service in hotel. Elegantly decorated and friendly staff.
Comfy beds, good shower, great breakfast. Fantastic staff and hospitality. Sports facilities are great - bike garage, pool, gym.
- sehr nettes Personal
- unschlagbares Gesamtpaket
- tolles Essen
zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem Doppelbett zusammen geschoben wurden und auseinander rutschten
Bekvämt. Bra rum. God frukost. Cykeluthyrning direkt på hotellet.
Fanns inget negativt.
Fantastic hotel, lovely pools (small heated one and heated kids splash one) breakfast was brilliant, lovely staff, walking distance to beach and restaurants.
When we first arrived our bathroom smelt pretty bad, but we told the staff and someone from maintenance came and sorted it out quickly.
Great facilities such as spa, gym and lane swimming pool. Also good for families with the heated splash park, trampoline, pool table and ping pong table. Great selection at breakfast and helpful staff.
Nothing!
Great facilities for cycling.
The bike garage had cables to secure your bike by using your own padlock, Many guests left a padlock on the cables to "reserve" a space. There were occasions where we saw locks on cables late at night and early in the morning, Looks like the locks may have been left after a guest had departed, This needs to be stopped.
Great location, friendly staff, always clean, lots of food options for half board guests, good facilities
Outdoor pools (not the 25m) are untreated so always 'fresh'. Would love if they were just a bit warmer to be able to go in
Clean!
Small room
Fantastic breakfast. Great facilities for cycling/swimming/gym
We’ve been coming to Villaconcha for family holidays for five years. We absolutely love it. It’s a home away from home. The staff have always been exceptionally friendly and warm to the point that they feel like friends now.
The only downside is that the aircon doesn’t come on until later in the year. In April it feels warm enough for us to need it and we don’t sleep well. We also have found that BBQ night used to be once per week. But it’s gone up to three times a week which is a bit too much. The food is always fantastic and a great choice. BBQ night food isn’t of the same good quality - the meat is not of the same good quality as on normal nights when they cook fresh meat. Appreciate that the chef’s work hard and this is probably beyond their control and due to budget constraints.
A side note - it’s a sports resort which we love as we are always active and do triathlons. But when large training groups arrive, some of them tend to take over, are rude (foul language) and are unaware that it’s a family resort with children about. They can also tend to be very pushy and rude at the buffet.
