Niet 1 keer plaats gehad om op een ligstoel aan zwembad te kunnen liggen. Allemaal ingenomen door handdoeken die al vanaf 7u werden gelegd. Hier werd niet op ingegrepen. Buffet van matige kwaliteit.

The trampoline was annoyingly squeeking constantly outside our room, it felt similar to Chinese water torture, I guess that was how you describe it, I think it needs to be relocated to the children’s area. The other annoying thing was the lack of available sunbeds around the pool due to the towel reserve culture . I think signs notifying guests if they remain unoccupied for more than 15 mins they will be removed. That seems to work in other places and stops the unfair practice by some guests.

Would obviously have been better on the sea front

Tiles around the pool were a bit slippery and also in the room when you came in from the pool but we managed to work around it!

On arrival our first room smelt absolutely disgusting - in fairness the staff member moved us straight away once we complained. Our teens were in a room across the hall from us and their bedroom didn’t smell as bad on arrival but was pretty damp smelling for our entire 6 nights and the air con didn’t work properly so it was a really poor experience for them. The second major issue I had was that there were very few sunbeds by the pool and they were generally all gone by 8am. This meant we had to go and pay for sunbeds at the beach each day. For the cost of the stay here they should invest in more sunbeds or remove towels from sunbeds. It was the worst situation for sunbeds I have experienced.

Nothing other than a shortage of sunbeds which get reserved very early.

I would prefer the option of an earlier breakfast to enable earlier departure for cycling

This hotel was expensive for the accommodation facilities

Insufficient outdoor space and sun beds for size of hotel
No policing of the dreaded 'sun bed towel reservation' All beds 'taken' by about 9.30am but many sat empty of actual people until mid afternoon. Not fair.
Soul-less bar with no 'vibe' and over stretched staff. Was actually told 'no' when I asked for a cocktail!!
Insufficient toilet facilities around pool - have to walk into reception area to use the one toilet.

Attitude at the reception, welcome drink only allowed at the bar while sitting there. Strange pool towel policy where you gave your roomnumber to get a towel but nobody ever checked if they were returned.

The bed was split in the middle. I would have preferred a joined up double bed. The air conditioning wasn't very effective either.

Had to walk a long way to room and the UK TV channels didn't work most of the time... you don't holiday to watch telly, but still nice to have on when in the room
