Convenient and very reasonable rates! I was born and raised right up the street so it’s very convenient for us!!
We stayed in room 124. I know the hotel is smoke free, but our room smelled like smoke! So someone prior to us had smoked in it! I did chat with the front desk about it and he acknowledged my displeasure! I’m a previous smoker, I quit 30 years ago! But the smell really bothered me and my wife! I wasn’t going to address this but when we arrived back home all our clothes and luggage now smell like smoke! So I’m not very happy and we’ve talked about it and feel we deserve some sort of compensation. Whether it be part or all of our money back or a like compensation!!
The suites make it so convenient for larger families to stay in one place.

The breakfast was great! Many options, and different breakfast meals daily.
The water pressure wasn’t great, and the sink/shower drain was clogged and water would take a while to go down

No variety in breakfast. Room cleaning was inconsistent.
Overhead Desk lights don’t work, dishes were still in the dish washer and not put away. No toilet paper. Paid $130.00 for Sunday and Monday then charged $220.00 for Tuesday night. Never a consistent charge, only price gauging!
Faculty was nice and made things easy. Beds were so comfy. Loved the privacy.
Air conditioner was broken so it was blasting cold air. We put a blanket over to make it bearable. Light bulb in one of our lamps burst.. jump scared us but we weren’t hurt thank goodness.
When I arrived at midnight there were no rooms available even though I had a confirmation from the hotel.

room was old and falling apart. furniture ripped and stained. silverware dirty, trash can not emptied, bath clogged. no body gel in bottle. I got up at 5 am to make coffee, coffee machine didn’t work

Hotel is run town down.
Was give room that had recently been smoked in. Refused to re-assign room or transfer to another option. Ironic given their “smoke free policy”. Have stayed at many other Marriott properties in the area, all better than this one. Poorly trained staff and hotel management.
Free Breakfast. The food was good and cooked properly. The location to my friends and family was ideal.
The rooms could be maintained better.

When we arrived, the entire hotel was under renovation and there was paint and supplies everywhere including the kitchen area that served breakfast . We then checked into our room to find a FILTHY space!! There were crumbs everywhere, the kitchen sink did not drain, the refrigerator was broken (so all of the food we purchased to stick the fridge for our stay was ruined, and the shower curtain was full of pink gunk and mold. Don’t even get me started on the huge booger we found on the sheets!
We asked to move rooms but were told it was full and there were no other rooms available. We asked to move properties across the street but was told because there was no manager on duty there was nothing they could do. The next day, we attempted to again speak with a manager, oh the manager will not be in again. The assistant manager at least got the shower curtain changed out. But the kitchen sink remained clogged and the refrigerator broken. On our final day, the manager was still not on property but discounted the first night of our stay $40. Too little, too late!
Room smelled so bad we had to switch rooms, that room also smelled.
