You need to invest in your property.
Pros:

There were lights out in the bathroom, the bathroom plug was not GFCI, cover plates on the electrical outlets were broken on multiple outlets. The ceiling in the hall was stained and sagging in multiple places. The bathtub was stained up.

Nice Hotel, the room we stayed in was very clean, there was a very nice Kitchenette in the room. I guess this was suppose to take the place of the BREAKFAST BUFFET that was stated in the info when I booked the room. However there was no buffet, the breakfast consisted of cereal and milk and Luke warm coffee. Also we could HEAR all movement made above our room especially early in the morning & the front desk clerk wasn't very friendly. But overall the hotel was very nice, I would stay there again because it was very clean & close to where we need to go.

Pros:

The hotel had good features but the features were average. We stayed two separate nights on the way to and from our destination. The breakfast was average, but better on Friday than Monday. Out of the four people that assisted us at the front desk, only one seemed friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but in the first room the sink pipes leaked water onto the floor and the bathroom door was hard to close. In the second room, the bathroom door did not lock. The hotel was very easy to get to from the I-10. We had the pool all to ourselves both stays. The pool was clean and enjoyable.
