Exceptional, courteous staff and quality service. Room was quite small and sound carried. Located in very central area and close to transport as needed.
I liked everything. But i would prefer for next time to take balcony room
Hotel is next to the main tram line T1 in Istanbul which is a tourist godsend and 10mins easy walk to the nearest M2 metro station. Grand Bazaar a couple of hundred yards away and most of the main tourist attractions are at most 10-15mins walk from the hotel - or 2-3mins on the T1.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Only slight downside was that the breakfast could have been more plentiful

Tarihi yarımadaya tramvayla ulaşım çok rahat, otel hemen tramvay durağının dibi. Personel iyi niyetli ve yardımsever. Maliyet açısından uygun tek negatif yönü otopark yok. Çevredeki otellerdede yok.

Excellent hotel, I booked the family room, it was clean and spacious. House keeping services were good. Breakfast buffet very good. Staff helpful. 10/10
3rd time in Istanbul and throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Family of 4 we had the corner connecting rooms (110 & 111) which was perfect for our stay. One room had a king bed and the other had 2 singles. 2 bathrooms with a small lobby/passage area in between.
Rooms were spacious enough and were cleaned daily.
We didnt have breakfast.
Location wise perfect, 2/3 nin walk to beyazit tram stop and 10-15 min walk to blue mosque.
A plethora of shops and eateries within a short walking distance.
Staff very polite and helpful, although i didnt appreciate being asked for a tip by the chap who took our luggage down on checkout.

Αν θέλετε ένα ξενοδοχείο κοντά στην Αγιά Σοφιά, στο Μπλε Τζαμί και στην Kapali carsi τότε δεν θα μπορέσετε να επιλέξετε καλύτερο. Πέρα από το πολύ καλό σημείο στο οποίο βρίσκεται είναι καθαρό, με ευγενικό προσωπικό και καλό πρωινό. Άνετα θα το επέλεγα ξανά !
Hotel tres bien situé proche du grand bazar ; le tram es juste derriere.
スタッフも親切で、コネクティングルームは使い勝手が良く、4人家族で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。バスハマムも体験出来て良かったです。
La chambre est remplie de fourmis, malgré le passage de la femme de ménage rien n’a changé, serviette de bain troué, ménage pas bien fait, problème de coupure d’électricité pendant tout le séjour.
Notre chambre était à côté d’une pièce où il y’a les machines à laver qui sont programmé après minuit, impossible de dormir avec le bruit.

die mit Unannehmlichkeiten verbunden war.
Es kann nicht sein das die Damen von Reinigungspersonal morgens um 7:30 anfangen zu Saugen und Schranktüren 20 mal auf und zu Knallen die sich auf dem Flur befinden. Was uns richtig genervt hat war das laute Fahrstuhl klingen beim holen oder bei der ankunft auf der Etage. Und zu letzt die Türen von den Zimmer die so laut zufallen das man davon Nachts in Schlaf davon Wach wird. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht wieter empfehlen.
Camera abbastanza spaziosa, frequente pulizia con cambio giornaliero della biancheria. A pochi minuti dal tram e dalla metro e vicina al gran bazar. Zona ricca di negozi e ristoranti. Ottima colazione, unica piccola pecca è stata la poca scelta di dolci.
they promise one thing but then lie about it and do not keep their words. the hotel is to be newly renovated but everything is a jerry build. a lot of noise comes into the room. you hear everything. when someone on the same floor closes their door, you hear a lot and you wake up. the breakfast was catastrophic.very bad selection. Very bad service. Try to steal money from me when taxi arrives. we agreed on a price for a taxi 200 TL suddenly the hotel staff says that the taxi wants 250. when I talk to the driver later he says that the staff at the hotel tried to take 50 TL for themselves. i only paid 200 .unreliable staff. beware your money!!
