Pros:

The last down stairs Chantel was so sweet and helpful. Had very good hospitality.

Cons:

Our room was never services in our 5 day stay. We never got fresh towels, trash bags or the floors clean although we did ask multiple times.

The breakfast was very good, cinnamon waffle batter was delicious! The lady taking care of the buffet was outstanding - friendly, kept everything updated and fresh! Kimberly, at check in was amazing, very welcoming!!

Pros:

The property was in an excellent location, with easy access to the highway and just a short drive from town. It offered both convenience and accessibility, making it a great place to stay.

Cons:

What really bothered me was that my room had not been cleaned properly. There was the tip of a needle on the floor behind the trash can. I only found it because I pulled the trash can out to replace the small, full trash bag. Had I not done that, I never would have seen it, which is a serious safety concern. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, the only response I received was, “Oh, sorry.” I was disappointed by the lack of concern and expected the situation to be taken much more seriously.

I appreciated the lower room cost and allowing small pets but I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The location was very convenient as we were in town for a youth sports tournament. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. Our room was ready early and we were able to check out a tad late due to a later game. Breakfast was prompt, substantial and delicious.

Cons:

When you walk in, you are hit with the overwhelming smell of cheap cleaning chemicals. The smell was so strong that it didn’t feel clean, it just felt like it was covering other horrible odors. The room felt damp and humid even when the AC was running and there were a few times I was awakened by what sounded like water leaking between the walls. Not pipes, but leaks.

Room had a strong mildew order. Front desk was told and gave me another room but smell was just as bad. Room was sprayed with Lysol heavily. Bought lysol air also to help. Will not stay again

It is refreshing to find employees that still offer excellent customer service!! And like their job!!
Pros:

It was an awesome check in experience.: I arrived at 3pm, but was advised my room was not ready. Kaitlyn, the employee on duty, quickly made an adjustment, and found me a room!!!

Cons:

Nothing. I liked it all!! Lots of parking.
