Disappointing
Pros:

Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Front desk staff was very impersonal. We tried to check in at 305 and our room was not ready. It took 40 min for us to get the room. There was damage to the room. It was dirty in areas. There was exposed copper pipe and open outlet rite next to it. The tv only had a few working analog channels and the ac system wouldn't work. It shut completely off after a few minutes of being on. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was sold out and we could not get the money back to go somewhere else. It was not worth the money we spent with this kind of atmosphere and issues

The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The only negative was the lack of lighting in our rooms. You could use brighter bulbs and/or another lamp by couch.

We paid 178.00 and was horrible.

It was just ok nothing like WOW
Pros:

Breakfast was a decent breakfast. Location was ideal for our stay.

Cons:

The shower curtain rod was about to fall off. The bathroom doors was so out of adjustment the would not lock in both rooms we reserved. Rooms needed some updating in bathroom area. Such as taker toilet and tile problems.

Chose the right place in a pinch!
Pros:

The included (free) breakfast is good in the hours offered (6am - 10am) which is in a great time frame. Most other I have stayed at stop serving at 9am. The cleanliness of the property and to politeness of the staff was great as well!

Cons:

I am going to start with this has nothing to do with the property itself. We had to run out of town due to a family emergency (which we lost the family member) and the only thing that was a little disappointing is, I had paid using a third party "Pre-Pay" service (Booking.com and Affirm) due to the trip being so unexpected. Do, when I made the reservation, I had booked it for 3 adults (this makes it price a tad bit more) but the 3rd adult could not make the trip. I mentioned this to the check-in clerk, but I was told that since it was "Pre-Paid" there was not anything she could do to adjust the price. After returning home, I contacted Booking.com and they reached out to the Hotel for a conformation of the "Only 2 adults" and was unable to reach anyone to see if I could get a refund. I was informed to reach out to the Hotel if I had not heard anything back from the Hotel. Other than that, the Hotel itself was a very pleasant, clean, and quite place to stay.

Elevators are OUT on this property… They also do not monitor outside NON GUEST and they freely use the pool! There was a WHOLE birthday party going on. Also our room keys kept deactivating for NO REASON. It was very inconvient

Just what we hoped for.
Pros:

Everything was great. I don’t do this often, but I took the time to tell the manager about the evening shift service desk girls she made us feel so welcome and she was very helpful and pleasant. She needs a raise.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, but could have been better with fresher English muffins and some breakfast potatoes. But everything else was great.
