Camera matrimoniale tripla,molto spaziosa e ben arredata ottima per una viaggetto in famiglia come il nostro caso.
Posizione direi quasi perfetta con le maggiori attrazioni molto vicine all'hotel,nel caso si volesse prendere il tram la fermata più vicina e comoda e quella di Eteläranta,che dista poche centinaia di metri dall'albergo,dove si ferma la linea 2 che praticamente attraversa tutta la città. buona la colazione.
Abbiamo soggiornato dal giovedì con partenza il lunedì,ci è stata rifatta la camera giusto il venerdì mattina.Sabato e domenica nessun servizio di pulizie e nessun cambio biancheria,solo con la sollecitazione alla reception ci è stata fatta una pulizia al volo e cambio asciugamani da parte di una receptionist molto gentile e disponibile perché purtroppo non c'erano più signore delle pulizie operanti.Apprezzato la risoluzione del problema.
Però da un albergo 4 stelle preferirei un po' più di attenzione su questo.
