Pros:

El hotel está mal mantenido. Los sillones no están en buen estado. El respaldo de cama viejo y arruinado. La alfombra vieja. No es un hotel de calidad . Nos tuvieron que caminar 2 veces de habitación .

We had a good stay, room could have been cleaner.

Cockroach in our room, dirty and not clean under cabinets and next to bed when I was checking if there were more cockroaches.

Pros:

The ambiance of the hotel. Location is perfect to walk everywhere in Greenwich Village, SoHo or FiDi districts. 15 minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. The floor to ceiling windows give you an incredible view of the New York Skyline. The covered vine entrance is beautiful.

Cons:

Rooms are smaller but perfect for 2 people for a few nights.

Overall a pleasant stay but the rooms need some upgrades.
Pros:

The property is in an exceptional location, nestled into the heart of Soho and a stones throw from tonnes of retailers. The staff in the restaurant downstairs were incredibly sweet, accommodating, friendly and funny. I was also upgraded to a much larger room with great views and received early checkin.

Cons:

The room itself was pretty dilapidated and very worn. The headboard on the bed had cracked fabric and material, the towel hangers in the bathroom were very loose and almost hanging off. There was a lot of chipped paint on the cabinets and stains on surfaces that were in the paint and woodwork, and there were no hangers in the closet. When I asked for hangers, I revived wire hangers, which, for an establishment charging what they’re charging, I’d expect better quality hangers, fixtures and fittings.
