Deram-nos um quarto inferior ao reservado e pago. Depois de estar instalada apercebi-me disso e questionei. Nessa altura trocaram mas não percebi o que tinha acontecido. O secador de cabelo é péssimo, muito pequeno e fraco. Para quem viaja da Europa os nossos secadores não funcionam nos USA e é essencial que o secador de cabelo do hotel seca adequado.

Great location and decent sized room

Cons:

It was really noisy when trying to sleep, I had to sleep with headphones on to drown out the street noise, there definitely needs to be a warning about this or improve the sound proofing

Wonderful stay at NoMo SoHo—perfect location and great overall experience.
Pros:

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around the city super easy. It’s also within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants, so everything you need is right nearby.

Great location, helpful staff, but some if the services need to be upgraded

The size of the room and the king size bed

Cons:

The glass door into the shower leaked water into the room, and we had to use towels to stop it. Also, it would have been nice to have better light near the mirror and a magnifying mirror for make-up

It's a great location if you want to spend time and money in Little Italy and Chinatown.
Pros:

The view from the 22nd floor was great. The staff was courteous and attentive (with one exception). Jeffrey was especially helpful. They also gave us free water bottles every night! We were walking distance to Feraras in Little Italy and a bit further to China Town

Cons:

One barista, Sasha, was not up to par with the rest of the staff.
