Cons:

Room humidity / musty odour and some bathroom issues

Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Generally praised (several guests called hygiene impeccable), but there are multiple reports of humid/‘renfermé’ smelling rooms and some bathroom issues that lowered this score.
Service
9.8
Staff repeatedly described as very helpful, friendly and attentive across many reviews (welcome, breakfast team highlighted). A few serious isolated negative incidents (rude behaviour, poor handling of a restaurant situation and disappointing follow-up from management) are noted but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9.5
Location and sea views are frequently praised (room with sea view, proximity to beach); many guests highlighted the setting and vista as a major positive.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms described as spacious, well-equipped and with terraces by several guests, but some mentioned bathroom problems and a preference for sea-view rooms, reducing this score slightly.
Amenities
8.9
Strong amenities noted (pool, beach access, modern equipment, complimentary minibar), but absence of a gym and at least one problematic restaurant policy/experience temper the rating.
Value for Money
7.6
Multiple comments about high cost, extra charges for restaurants, and at least one case of being incorrectly charged twice; perceived value is weaker compared with other positives.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast and restaurant meals are often praised as excellent; however one notable negative incident at an on-site restaurant (dress-code/enforcement and guest humiliation) affected this category for some guests.
Overall Experience
9.3
Most reviews call the stay exceptional, incredible or perfect and highlight staff, location and facilities; a minority of significant negative experiences (service lapses, billing, room humidity) prevent a perfect score but overall sentiment is highly positive.

Awesome!
Pros:

Terrou-Bi Resort is really great. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and interacts frequently with guests. The breakfast is excellent. While it's a buffet, the quality is as though you've personally ordered an item from a restaurant. I particularly like that the hotel works with Le Grand Salon, a salon with a hair salon and waxing and spa services. Le Grand Salon is a 2min walk from Terrou-Bi. The hair salon caters to all hair types, especially Afro-textured hair. The hair salon is clean, and the hair tools and sink are washed. Younis is a great hair stylist and washed, blow-dried, and straightened my Afro-textured hair. I am extremely happy with the results. I wish I discovered this place sooner!
