Que llegamos y la habitación no estaba disponible, llegamos 1 pm y hasta las 2:30 pm no dieron la habitación si no hasta que preguntamos nuevamente de lo contrario hubiera pasado más tiempo, el baño no tenía bote para la basura, el restaurante cambió la forma de bufete y es cero práctico, se pierde la esencia del bufete,.se tardan demasiado en llevar los platillos.

Mala limpieza en la habitación toallas sumamente sucias y percudida. Pasillos sin aspirar todo aventado.
Aunque estén en remodelación tienen un tiradero.
