Pros:

Location was great, close to train station, convinience stores. Having mister donuts so close was a bonus!
Room was a good size, bigger than some hotels in Osaka and bed was comfortable.
Reception staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The fact that you can leave your dirty towels and rubbish outside your door and you come back to clean towels ( without the need to cleaners coming inside the room) just need to stop supplying pajamas with each tiwel change.

Cons:

Breakfast was average, the food was always cold and took a long time to refill. Not a great deal of options provided.

Pros:

駅が近くだしスーパーも有り分かりやすいし部屋も快適でした。スタッフの方々もとても親切で色々助かりました。
洗濯機の使い方がよく分からず出かける時間までに終わらない事を聞くと必要な方から連絡が有れば受け付けで保管しておきますとの事、戻って来たらきちんと畳んで預ってくださっていてとても有り難かったです
