The reception was friendly, and the whole check-in process went smoothly. The room and halls smelled good and clean. The room itself was clean and tidy. Breakfast was also good for what it was and had a nice variety. The basement parking was also very nice to have. The location was also close to the shops I wanted to go to.
I mainly didn't like that there were roaches present in the kitchen and the restroom. Also, the water would spill out of the shower, so I had to clean it up.

No housekeeping service pn weekends except you are staying more a week or you arri ve before 5pm ti request service. Any late arrival is almost our of lock.

Location and breakfast was ok.
Not clean, pet area is limited to one small place. No one clean this area a lot of pet poop. I would not use this area at all there was only one poop bag station. To get to the poop bag station you’re subject to step in poop not cleaned at all. The room was filthy stained curtains, torn up furniture, floors not cleaned, paint missing off walls. The AC unit was so loud it sounded like an airplane engine starting and stopping. I mentioned this to front desk I was told remodeling was going on I didn’t get offended another room. This my first time staying here and it would be my last.

The service when something did not work was fast
that they did not offer ice upon our arrival, the ice machine on our fridge did not work and it took someone over 45 minutes to figure out how it worked then we had to wait another hour to have ice.. this is unacceptable for the price we pay..guest should be offered ice like in all other places..and our ice machine should be supplying ice upon our arrival if not.. this was the only negative thing all else was great. Staff was very nice.
