Pros:

We liked that there is an elevator for elderly guests and location is very central. You can reach places and markets just by walking around. Will stay here again for sure!

Pros:

Everything was amazing. Spent a month all over Vietnam and this was my favorite hotel. Bikes were amazing and convenient. Staff was beyond exceptional. Will be back.

For the price, look at other locations for better facilities.
Pros:

Near a large market for souvenirs.

Cons:

Breakfast was average. The rooftop pool was small and not appealing to use. The bed was uncomfortable. Two full beds were pushed together to create a king-size bed.

Pros:

It was not my first time staying at property so definitely I liked it. But this time it was poor stay comparatively.

Cons:

The AC just did not function and repeatedly asked for its repair.

Overall really good hotel. Location is perfect, staff is friendly, breakfast is good and the family room is spacious.

We stayed at 8th floor and up of it was restaurant and whole night it was very noise (I think the staff itself whole night talked etc) early in the morning we could not sleep even if.
