Nice place to stay

I wish there had been a lift. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with my luggage on stairs. The hotel is on a main bus route so travelling anywhere of interest for me was easy. Every service I wanted was within 5 minutes walk. Many of the local tourist attractions were easily accessible!

The lounge could do with a new couch, but overall for the price it was excellent. There were no cooking facilities, only a jug and a large enough fridge freezer. A toaster would have been nice for breakfast in the room. Nice handy pool right outside the door which was awesome.

Ein großes Zimmer, keine Sitzecke, wie versprochen, weder Tisch noch Stuhl, kein WLAN, kein Föhn, das alles sollte laut hotels.com vorhanden sein, die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, ich musste anrufen
( Check -in kurz nach 14Uhr), aber es war ruhig, Bett und Dusche waren ok., gut genug für eine Nacht, deshalb habe ich am nächsten Tag ausgecheckt, gebucht waren 2 Tage.

1. I arrived the hotel at 17:00 on 6 September 2021. Nobody is at the hotel. Confirmed, I mean no staff at the hotel, just only me. I did not know how to do. The hotel was not look like ready to open because I saw so many materials at hotel entrance.

2. I searched the hotel phone number. I got 2 numbers, I called both numbers. No one picked up the numbers. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

3. I tried contact the Hotels.com. The virtual staff talked to me, I am sure that you can see the record. My problem still cannot be solved. I tried to tell your staff to call me my number, but nobody call me. I did not know why????

3. At that time, I did not know what to do.

4. I decided to walk to see a security of the next condo, and asked him about the staff of the hotel. He just told me to see someone in another office.

5. I walked to that office. I saw a lady at the office. She gave me a hotel's staff phone number.

6. So I called her, it worked. She can contact a staff to open the room at the hotel for me.

7. I think that night there is only me at the hotel.

8. Now, 7 September 2021 at 22:24, nobody call me to say any word.

Early check-in was no problem, friendly staff. a quiet pleasant place to stay...hop on a baht bus and go downtown or to the beach...several restaurants close by

いつも泊まってるホテルで部屋が広くて気に入っています、場所もスーパーがすぐ近くでソンテオで何処でもいけます。
ただ昼のメガネのフロントのおばさんと夜のフロントのおじさんの対応は最悪です、今回は6泊中4日間はブレーカーが落ちて夜中にクーラーが止まりました、フロントのおじさんに言うと何故部屋を変えなかったのと怒られる始末、最終日だけ部屋を変えて貰いましたが、何か納得出来ず対応は悪いです、いつもはプールサイドの部屋でしたが今回はは空きがなくメゾネットタイプの部屋だったからかも知れませんね、泊まるならプールサイドスイートをオススメします、プールサイドの部屋ならリピートありかな？スタッフの対応は最悪だけど出かけることが多いのでそういう人には向いているかと！

The place is quiet and unassuming. Baht busses just outside for easy transport either to beach of to shopping center, a food market very close by and several restaurants. Friendly reception!

Das Chateau Dale ist ein sehr gutes Appartement Hotel mit einfachen, aber grossen und sauberen Zimmern. Es hat auch eine kleine Küchenecke. Die Lage ist sehr gut gelegen, um schnell zur Beach oder zur Unterhaltung zu gelangen. Das Hotel Team ist sehr freundlich. Es hat auch einen kleinen Pool. Die öffentlichen Busse sind vor der Haustür. Etwa 100m weiter hat es ein Supermarkt der 24 Stunden geöffnet hat. Es hat auch sehr gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Ist zu empfehlen, wenn es nicht 5 Sterne sein müssen.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. No problems ever and will return the next time I'm in Pattaya

Big room but shower was either hot or cold with no happy medium. Could do with some hand towels and face clothes.
Very difficult to find with no signage. Confused it with Chateau Dale.
Frasers Pub in front was good for all mealsdiff

Majority of staff very helpful and friendly. Very peaceful and quiet, situated in a great spot. The only downside was no chair in the room. You had sort of wall desk but nowhere to sit.

It is easy to mix up hotel with Chateau Dale Itself,although a few minutes walk away it is still a nuisance when friends come to meet for drinks and they goto the wrong place.

Hotel well situated, 2 mins walk from bus station 5 mins walk to Jomtien and Jomtien complex, 10 mins walk to beach or a short Bhat bus ride.

I will use it again.Review

The room is spacious and quiet. The furniture, towel, bedsheet are old. Room cleaning is acceptable.

Just tried a cheaper hotel for checking standard.
Sure IT is value for money.
Bad wi-fi but isn't IT everywhere in Thailand? :-)
