Kempinski Hotel Palm Jumeirah

I stayed at the hotel from February 8 to February 20, 2026, and once again had a wonderful experience.

At Brunello restaurant, Kamal stood out for his professionalism and attentive service. He was always welcoming, courteous, and genuinely focused on making each visit enjoyable. His thoughtful recommendations and attention to detail made every meal feel special.

Service like this truly enhances the overall stay and makes a lasting impression. Kamal is a great asset to the restaurant and the hotel.

Overall, our experience is amazing. I would like to point out one of the workers at Kempinski, whose name is Abdul Manan, the waiter, did a very good job. He is very attentive, dedicated, polite and good in the work he does. Thank you so much to him for making our experience better.

Stayed at Kempinski Palm Jumeirah and it was a truly refined experience. The setting is superb — right on the beach with beautiful, uninterrupted views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the city rush.

Suites are generous, well appointed and ideal for families or longer stays. Everything feels spacious and properly maintained. Service throughout was warm, attentive and discreet.

A genuine 5-star stay in Dubai — calm, polished and very comfortable. Would happily return.

I’d give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The hotel itself is very nice, the room service is excellent, and the breakfast is really good with solid variety and quality. The staff were helpful, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 is the half board dinner experience. Dinner is not an open buffet — it’s a limited set menu from the two available restaurants — and the food quality at dinner was below expectations. This part definitely needs improvement, and I wouldn’t recommend the half board option for dinner.

Overall, it was still a very good stay with great staff and service.

Spent the day at Kempinski Palm and it’s pure beachside luxury. Calm, pristine beach, comfortable loungers, attentive service and that relaxed Palm atmosphere that makes you forget you’re in the city. Perfect for a slow beach day with good food, great drinks and uninterrupted sea views. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want to unwind properly.

This is the best hotel we have ever been to! Everything is perfect. Service, food, staff. For sure we will back here in the fure :)

Amazing hotel Kempinski on palm🩷actially one of my fav place !! I was enjoyed with my family , we had nice evening at the l kwest bar , played billiard while enjoying delicious food ! Service is excellent! Thanks a lot to the manager Mina for such a gr@ hospitality!

Came here for pool day and lunch and had an amazing time! The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful pool and beach and all the greenery around 😍 Lunch at Villamore did not disappoint either - loved their seafood soup and sea bass 👌🏻 Knafeh cheesecake was a perfect end to a delicious meal! Last but not least - big thank you to Julius for taking the best care of me!

An outstanding stay at Kempinski Palm Jumeirah. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drinks and treats set the tone for a truly luxurious experience. The views of the Palm are absolutely stunning, and the rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained — the perfect hotel for a relaxing and indulgent stay.

The restaurants, especially Brunello and Villamore, were delicious and offered excellent dining experiences, while the breakfast was amazing with a fantastic variety. The pool area is great, and the beach views are breathtaking. Exceptional service throughout — highly recommended and we can’t wait to return.

Extremely good, opulence at its best, impeccable cleanliness in the room, service was outstanding, Sadiq - cleaning service was excellent, we had breakfast included, the best breakfast I have ever had since I started traveling ( I have been traveling for the last 20 years). I have to mention Brunello restaurant- Italian cuisine with masterchef service, 11 out of 10, big sized pool, worth spending family time here for X- mas & New Year

Fun resort for families: great big pool with jaccuzzi, kids pool, kids outdoor playarea, ping pong table, green areas, beautiful private beach. Excellent service. Beach restaurant. DJ with dancer and cliwns during the weekend. Good fun vibes .
