Pros:

I stayed here for more than three days, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. Every night, there was extremely loud noise around the room that continued until morning, making it impossible to get a proper night's sleep. The hotel did nothing to control the noise or ensure a comfortable environment for guests. If you value peace and rest, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to a security issue with my suitcase.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on it. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Khao San Road, with plenty of restaurants and street stalls selling clothes and souvenirs.

Cons:

Unfortunately, on my first day I discovered that someone had tampered with my suitcase. After checking in, I went out for dinner, and when I returned, I found that the lock on my suitcase had been forced and damaged.

Good location if you are looking to party
Pros:

The coffee in the coffee shop downstairs was unreal! Best coffee ive ever had.

Cons:

it was extremely loud at night and was very difficult to fall asleep
