Please note construction of a high rise residential building has commenced on one of the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of this boundary may be impacted by an increase in noise levels between the hours of 06:30 -18:30, Monday to Saturday. During this time resort staff will do their best in meeting any guest requests in allocating away from the affected areas. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Nice apartment, close to everything.
Pros:

Very large apartment, close to beach and light rail. Easy access to parking. Late check in was available. Apartment was clean.

Cons:

Bit tired. Would be nice to have nespresso coffee machine. No aircon in bedrooms.

We wouldn’t be recommending this to friends and family.
Pros:

The pool was amazing and the location was great.

Cons:

The chlorine levels in the pool made it unpleasant and ruined all our bathers. The rooms were not well clean or outdoor areas.

The pool area was fantastic.

Cons:

The rooms did not feel clean at all. Found a used bandaid in the blanket on my daughter’s bed and my baby found a toothpick on the floor on arrival. They only provided thin blankets for the beds (in winter) and did not provide face washers. Pool towels were available at additional cost.

Excellent and comfortable accommodation, conveniently directly opposite the beach
Pros:

Breakfree is perfectly situated directly opposite Broadhbeach, and the huge resort pool is fantastic - with a heated end, a non-heated end, and two spas. There's also a large BBQ area with plenty of chairs and tables.
Our room was large and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen.

Cons:

Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable, and the bed in the main bedroom even had temporary legs gaffer taped onto the bottom.
The pool is open until 10pm at night and noise from the pool travelled at night - making it difficult to get to sleep on a few occasions.

Great spot to enjoy all Broadbeach has to offer
Pros:

The pool at the resort was exactly what we needed for our young grandchildren. Safe, fun and various pools to swim in . Having covered BBQs in the middle of the pools meant we could watch the young ones while we cooked.
The resort's proximity to the beach was great, we could walk to a flagged section of the beach in 10 minutes.

Cons:

The bed in the main bedroom was not particularly comfortable.
