Please note construction of a high rise residential building has commenced on one of the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of this boundary may be impacted by an increase in noise levels between the hours of 06:30 -18:30, Monday to Saturday. During this time resort staff will do their best in meeting any guest requests in allocating away from the affected areas. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Pros:

Convenient to the beach. Unit had everything we needed. They accommodated my personal requests with no hassle. Great for the kids!!

Cons:

They kiosk could stock a little more different products to cover for people who have travelled a long way and may have forgotten stuff. The only thing i noticed about the unit was the back balcony windows were filthy. That did not take away our great experience tho. A smoking area would be great for us dirty smokers

Well priced family accommodation in great location.
Pros:

Great location for young families. Close walk to park, playground, beach, supermarket and eateries. Layout of units was very good around the central pool, playground and BBQ areas with lots of foliage in between for privacy and screening. My daughter and I were in u143 on middle of 3 levels in a 2brm apartment which was clearly not new but spacious and clean with lots of kitchen equipment and pantry items on hand. I was really impressed with the pool and BBQ area. There were heaps of pool options for different ages, including shaded, heated and spa areas. There were also numerous clean BBQs, tables and seating spread throughout with scourer and cloth on each to clean up afterwards. Reception staff were generally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There are no lifts so there was a bit of effort getting bags up stairs to room. Beds were a bit squeaky but comfortable. We had an issue with casting to our tv but reception got maintenance man to correct it.

Pros:

The pool is definitely the draw card for this facility. Great for all ages.

Cons:

The unit we were in needs some TLC and pest control. Whilst the poolside location was great, the cleanliness could be improved.

The pool and barbecue area was amazing.

Cons:

We had a 3 bedroom suite with 1 queen bed and 4 singles and unfortunately 5 of the 6 underlays were dirty with the one on the queen bed very dirty

Loved the pool area and location. More attention needs to given to cleaning both inside and outside
Pros:

The location and the pools. Also the garden setting.

Cons:

The poor cleaning of the balconies and the joinery. The window frames were coated in thick dust and so were the back of the bathroom doors. Fingerprints on doors etc. We reported this when we arrived but nothing was done about it.

I was super happy with the room and the whole place in general very good holiday vibes

I like that the facility was close to major shopping centre, Dracula’s was close by and the main strip and not to mention the beach was across the road.
The pool and the spas were amazing with the cold and warm options

Some peace and quiet in the Broadbeach area.
Pros:

A wonderful location that has a feel of being in a secluded resort. Beautiful gardens and pool/BBQ facilities.

Cons:

The rooms are getting some maintenance, but there is still some work to do. Mostly minor issues in an otherwise great place to stay.

The pool. 83 ,was a great pool side location. Close to the pool, but still private

Location was superb and nice place to stay with the pool and it wasn’t a high rise, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was excellent, one block from the beach and one block to tram and Pacific Fair. Lots of eating places within walking distance. Pool and bbq facilities were great and underground parking. Great to have washing machine and dryer. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Apartment could have been a bit cleaner, and could have done with a fry pan in the kitchen, only had 2 pots. Had to keep asking reception for more toilet paper.

Great time with family.
Pros:

The pool and bbq area was amazing. It’s a perfect place to take family. We all had an amazing stay. Close to shops and the beach.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. Carpets not vacuumed, lounges had dirt and popcorn through them. Under the lounges were more dirt and maccas toys. Glass doors didn’t lock and were unclean. Bathroom had long hair left under the sink. One of the rooms had macdonalds rubbish in it. Throw rug unclean. No mop or bucked so I could clean.only AC in the lounge room and the bedroom ceiling fans only had one setting which was low so the rooms were hot. But we enjoyed our time here
