Cons:

Il servizio a tavola nel ristorante, una persona che sembrava stanca, parlava alzando la voce e a tratti sembrava infastidita.
Tavoli troppo vicini c’era poca riservatezza e a differenza dell’hotel un rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato

Beautiful walled town
Pros:

It was amazing to stay inside the small walled town . They had an excellent breakfast. The manager and reception staff were excellent

Cons:

The QR code for the menu wouldn’t translate to English in our room or in the restaurant. The waiter became quite impatient with us and this really affected my experience. He is the only reason there was anything less than 10.

Beautiful town to stay in for a few days. Reception staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast staff weren't very friendly. They were busy, but looked annoyed that people were there. Got told off for sitting in the wrong place, even though it was not clear that you weren't allowed to sit there. Made you feel very uncomfortable.
We saw another couple do exactly the same the next day - maybe a sign would be useful.

Sapore e fascino tipico umbro. Corte d’impronta medioevale inserita in un contesto antico con poche anime e silenzio quasi totale

Cons:

Gli arredi, seppur tutti funzionali, risentono un po’ del tempo e potrebbero essere rinnovati
