Not value for money and not clean
It was clean and great decor
The food was awful our steaks were undercooked and freezing cold we had to send them back and get them taken off the bill.
The hot tub and outdoor lights did not work in our room.
The staff was amaxing and upgraded us. Good was excellent couldnt fault it whatsoever.
There was nothing bad at all ig i had to pick somethong would be the cobwebs in the chandelier but thtas being a proper picky karen.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The room was spacious. Breakfast yummy.
Mainly the awful manager. We had a problem with our bath filling up and staying hot. He arrived drunk and very rude and aggressive. He didn’t make much sense just kept saying he was trying to help us out. Anyways a lovely member of staff fixed the issue and it was fine but this really put a downer on our stay. Also the air con was old and didn’t really do anything. Bedside table had cracks in it. The WiFi wasn’t great.

Cleanliness! I have stayed here a number of times and this still disappoints me for the money you would expect close to perfect and it was far from that. Very upset
Love the location in the Kent countryside stayed before and loved it then hot tub a nice touch and clean spacious well themed rooms

Everything. From the amazing friendly staff to the exceptional food and beautiful sexy rooms. We had a lot of fun. Will be coming again. And a big thanks to Joe for the funny stories x

This well-run location is an absolute gem and I'd be delighted to be able to stay again sometime in the future. The rooms were well equipped and spacious, the dining and breakfast experience were exceptional and the bar was well stocked and staffed to boot! My partner and I were both pleasantly surprised by this upscale venue and felt very well looked after by the friendly and obliging staff throughout our stay. Thank you so much, this was a real treat and highlight of our holiday!

On arrival taken to our room and showed the facilities. Air con was a plus and the whirlpool bath was nice.
Toilet was not clean (wee under the seat on the pan).
Went to bar before dinner and barged out the way from the bar by a gent.
Dinner wasn’t great, tasteless and observed other diners sending meals back. Left at table way after meal ended with no offer for extra drinks etc…went to bar for drinks and was a very loud gent who was very condescending to the young bar staff, unnecessary behaviour. Did not feel for the cost for one night was value for money, expected more of an exclusive experience, not a pub.
Good bake for money
Room had damp but it was only one night so it didn’t bother me.
