Deu tudo certo, foi bom, mas pode melhorar.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, o espaço da acomodação é ótimo e a equipe de checkin muito atenciosa e simpática.

Cons:

Não havia máquina de café e a moka era muito antiga, precisa de renovação. Apesar de no site constar elevadores para pisos superiores, não tínhamos autorização para usar o elevador, mesmo com malas bastante pesadas. O elevador foi um dos critérios para escolha da acomodação e não poder usá-lo foi frustrante. A roupa de cama também precisa de renovação.

Biz kahvaltı almadık. Ama otel yönetimi odada her zaman küçük atıştırmalıklar bulundurdu. Personel güler yüzle bizi karşıladı. Kaldığımız sürede ellerinden gelen her kolaylığı bize sağladılar. Teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Gece yol tarafında olan odada gürültü duyuluyordu. Ama buna yönetimin yapacağı bir şey yok.

The location is absolutely perfect – tucked away on a quiet street but just a short walk from the Duomo and all the main attractions.
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations.
For the price point, I thought it offered excellent value, especially considering the location. comfortable base to explore Florence without breaking the bank, I'd definitely recommend it.

La ubicación es excelente !!! A 5 minutos de la catedral andando.A nuestra llegada nos atendieron de maravilla ,muy amable y nos dieron la información necesaria para visitar la ciudad .Cafe gratis en todo momento ,lo que se agradece mucho .
