Be careful which room you book
Pros:

Location was good, close to all main attractions

Cons:

We did not know when booking the apartment that it was located in different building than Hotel Dali, around 5 minutes on foot from it. It would not be a huge issue, but it turned out that the apartment was on a very high 2nd floor in a building where the elevator was not available to guests. Moreover, the air conditioning was not functioning properly - it was only in the bedroom and not able to cool down even the bedroom, not to mention entire apartment. In consequence it was extremely hot and we could not sleep. The bathroom was outdated, with very strangely working shower. In general the apartment is outdated and worn-out, and pretty dark inside.

Great location and perfectly reasonable rooms.
Pros:

Amazing location, very friendly staff, and decent sized rooms. The location simply can't be beat. Right in the middle of many, many attractions.

Cons:

Bed was not very comfortable. It worked but sagged in places and the queen bed was just two twins pushed together.

wir kommen gerne wieder , aber dann mir mehr Zeit.
Pros:

vom Zimmer aus konnten wir schon die Kuppel des Domes sehen - in 1-2 Minuten standen wir vor seiner Pracht. Besser kann man kaum situiert sein in Florenz. Die Gemeinschaftsdusche war gleich nebenan - es war sehr sauber - alle Gäste schienen sich an den Slogan zu halten: Be kind, be clean, be respectful!

Die Betten waren auch bequem - alles GUT

Cons:

Fällt mir nichts ein- eine Dame im Nachbarzimmer hat sehr laut telefoniert... aber das kann mal passieren und hat letztendlich den Schlaf nicht gestört.

Enjoyed our stay. If some of the maintenance things were dealt with it would be perfect

Très bon séjour avec 1 rapport qualité prix très correct

L’emplacement super. A 10 mn de tout. Eh bien qu’en centre-ville ,très calme. L’hôte très sympa

Cons:

Nous avions 1 salle de bain et toilettes communes. 1 peu de mal au départ mais tout s’est très bien passé,les lieux étant très propres et c’est moi qui avait réservé ce concept sans faire très attention

Konum olarak tarihi merkeze cok yakın fakat tren istasyonundan valizle yurumek 25 dk suruyor. Çalışanlar sayesinde benden yuksek puan alir çünkü harikalardi. Sabahlari kahve de ucretsiz alabiliyorsunuz.

Cons:

Biraz eski bir bina ama tarihi bir sehir icin normal sanirim. Asansorune herkes binemez bence en eski tiplerden.

Great location. Great staff. Needs some minor improvements—just a better key system and air conditioning.

The location and the staff were great. The air conditioning in the actual room was fantastic. The common area was beautiful.

Cons:

We had to use a set of four ancient keys to access our room. They were difficult to use. Also, we all had to go out and return together because there was no way to lock up or get in without the keys. We had a private bathroom, but it was across the hall. There was no air conditioning in the bathroom or in the common area. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. The lamp in the bedroom didn’t work well and was held together with tape.
