We had a room above the restaurant which was large enough and comfortable. AC was excellent given that the Canicule was in full force. Very helpful lady serving breakfast - sadly they now have horrid coffee machines even in the best places in France and she was happy to give me a proper coffee pot.
We had stayed here before and in the meantime it has changed hands. Not quite up to the same standard, but I guess a sign of the times. Sad to see the lovely vegetable garden had been allowed to go to ruin. We had to eat at L'Atelier as it was a Monday and their restaurant was closed. OK but not up to the usual French standard, I'd give it 5 out of 10.

The breakfast room was very warm, I appreciate that there was a heatwave, but fans may help
The grounds were beautiful. Our room was huge. The breakfast, versus other places in Champagne, was good value. The staff were very accommodating. We stayed during the 2026 June Heatwave, and not all rooms have AC, so that's something to keep in mind. But really good value although a little further out than a few others.
Location is fantastic. Food is delicious. Room was lovely. Staff were great.

The Chateau was a nice building.
This is not the cheapest hotel in the region in which to stay. Despite the high prices our room in the attic was indifferent. The food was poor. The staff were far from passionate about their jobs. This hotel is charging top prices but not delivering it. They think they can charge high prices as they are in the Champagne region.
All the staff were wonderful. Friendly, helpful and accommodating.
A big beautiful castle, with a surrounding moat. A large beautiful room, a large wardrobe, a large bed (king sized) very comfortable. A large spacious bathroom. Helpful staff members!
No elevator. No air conditioning (during a heatwave) though we did have an electric fan. No extra sockets near the bed. Dinner was more than 3 hours long
