Für 1 Nacht und als Zwischenstation völlig OK.
Pros:

Die Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Internet ist nicht im Zimmer, sondern nur in der Eingangshalle und fällt ständig aus.
