Excellent break in a truly relaxing location. Very child friendly too; my 4 year old son loved it!
Pros:

Beautiful location. Staff were amazing too; very welcoming.

Loved the grounds, and the ability to just go for a walk in the woods or a little cycle

Excellent service, stunning views and great rooms
Pros:

The property is stunning, all the restaurants, the lake, the pool area and the surrounding area including the vineyards and winery. My room was really beautifully done, with a little balcony and a stunning bathroom. The property has lots to do, walking, cycling, multiple restaurants, spa, swimming and bars. The staff are exceptionally nice, my friend arrived at 11am and they had the room ready for her already. We were greeted by name and there was always someone there to help; with a bike, luggage, a reservation ect. Our treatments were also very good and relaxing. They are relatively good value if you are coming from London/Paris. The food was great.

Cons:

Some of the food and drinks were a little over priced. For example breakfast was €35 and was a buffet, for that I would expect eggs made to order which we were not offered. Currently the spa is being refurbished and so we had our treatments at a ‘pop’ up at a nearby hotel. There was a bit of mis-communication with us about the shuttle pick up but they team drove us over. After our treatments however, we had to wait 35mins for the rest of the group to finish their payments/shopping to go back to the hotel which was a 5 minute drive. A little frustrating given this is a relatively expensive 5 star hotel.

Simply amazing.
Pros:

Very beautiful place. Walking around and the scenery was wonderful.
Walking the trail of the forest was also very beautiful. Staff is wonderful everyone made us feel like at home.

Cons:

We didn’t have a chance to try the spa should have booked much earlier.
