Je j’ai pas du tout apprécié devoir mettre moi même le chauffage dans une chambre gelée à 144€ et ne pas avoir réussi à me servir d’une Clim réversible télécommande en anglais ce n’est pas à moi de gérer ce type de fonctionnement au prix où j’ai payé inadmissible plus j’ai eu à faire à une personne pas très agréable lorsque j’ai expliqué que j’ai eu froid toute la nuit

Pros:

The staff was nice and polite. They helped me a lot several times when taxi arrangements were needed. Check in i have arranged in advance with the hotel staff on the phone due to late arrival so this was quite helpful for me.

Cons:

I was not able to control the room temperature and window blinders.
