Any booking with a prepayment, the credit card used for the booking will be required at guest arrival at the hotel. Otherwise a new payment will be made at check-in with the credit card presented.

For all cancelations received between the 14th day and the 8th date before the arrival date, 50% of the amount canceled will be invoiced.
For all cancelations received between the 7th date and the arrival date, 100% of the amount canceled will be invoiced.
All amendments made before or during the stay (shorted stays) will be invoiced according to the cancellation policy above.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Emplacement idéal, suite très propre et spa au top.
Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cette suite. L’emplacement est idéal, l’endroit est très propre et le spa était vraiment super. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Pros:

Die Lage für Sightseeing ist gut. Die Betten waren ok. Badezimmer mit der Dusche war bis auf zu wenig Ablage Möglichkeit auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel. Kaum Lampen vorhanden. Dadurch hat man auch den Staub nicht so gesehen.

Otelin Konumu güzel oda temiz personel gğleryğzlü yardımsever fakat lavabosuz standart dışı bir WC si vardı.
Cons:

Odanın WC si ile banyosu farklı yerlerde. WC ye girince çıkıp el yıkamak için odanın içinden batıya gidiliyor. Eski konforsuz bir oda . Ama çalışanlar güler yüzlü yardımseverdi.

Pros:

Very comfortable room, facilities & the staff at reception desk. They always took time out to greet, talk to you or even a bonjour.

Cons:

The breakfast area got quite busy, mainly because people also came in from the street, mostly for coffee which is understandable.
However, I felt that hotel guests did not receive the attention and priority they deserved.

Helt greit hotell. Super café i nærheten for sen frokost/brunch.
