Any booking with a prepayment, the credit card used for the booking will be required at guest arrival at the hotel. Otherwise a new payment will be made at check-in with the credit card presented.

For all cancelations received between the 14th day and the 8th date before the arrival date, 50% of the amount canceled will be invoiced.
For all cancelations received between the 7th date and the arrival date, 100% of the amount canceled will be invoiced.
All amendments made before or during the stay (shorted stays) will be invoiced according to the cancellation policy above.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

There is no AC when I went. They basically said that in the winter months there is no AC and in summer no heating - but I went in March room was boiling and no ventilation at all . Also the shower water was not warm at all - I basically couldn’t shower. There are also zero facilities. There is no lounge and only a small cafe next to the reception. I wanted to work in the cafe for the 2 hours before I was allowed to check in and was told that I couldn’t use my PC in the cafe so had to go somewhere else … really not what I would expect from a 4 star.

De locatie is top! M.Leon was er (weer)om ons te verwelkomen. Parkeergarage (Indigo 3 min lopen, 3 dagen €52) Champs Elysee op 4 min. Een paar leuke terrasjes direct bij het hotel.

If I will come to Paris again, I will plan to stay in Mathis Elysee again.
Pros:

the hotel location is exceptional with a short walk to many shop, restaurants and designer labels boutiques. Room was very exceptional with very comfortable beds and good bedlinens. Bathroom was clean with Clarins products for a pampering and refreshing bath each day. I particularly love the room layout which makes it quiet. A very nice and good boutique hotel in Champs Elysée with personalized service from the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Paris most famous shopping belt. It was a very memorable stay at Mathis Elysee. It's a cozy and lovely hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect for us. Although the lobby area was not big and lift was uniquely special from most hotels, i personally do not mind at all and love the special uniqueness of this cozy and lovely boutique hotel.

Pros:

Localização perfeita. A poucos metros da Av. Champs Elysees.

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno. Elevador muito velho. Café da manhã servido praticamente numa cafeteria ao lado do hotel. Atendimento ruim.
