Cancellation policy:
Your reservation can be canceled with no charge until the 15 days before the arrival date.
For all cancelations received between the 14th day and the 8th date before the arrival date, 50% of the amount canceled will be invoiced.
For all cancelations received between the 7th date and the arrival date, 100% of the amount canceled will be invoiced.
All amendments made before or during the stay (shorted stays) will be invoiced according to the cancellation policy above.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Air con didn’t work.
Hotel was lovely. Very well located. Central. The room was very clean room was a good size. ESP for Paris standards. And there was a lift a very small one but it does the job. Staff were great and friendly.

Hotel in ottima posizione per girare la città: praticamente sugli Champs Elysees.

Minibar con bevande soft gratuite.
Molte cose non ottimali:
Hall di pochi metri quadri.
Colazione nel bar attiguo, per un quattro stelle cosa assurda, per di più senza buffet e con una piccola scelta su un menù fisso; niente frutta e come salato solo uova soft boiled; valutazione della colazione: 1 su 10.
Ascensore minuscolo, ma proprio minuscolo: solo 50 cm di larghezza; una persona ben robusta non c’entra.
Water in un ripostiglio separato dal bagno, ma senza finestre e con aeratore non ben funzionante.
Prenotata Junior Suite ma di fatto una normalissima camera.
TV con canali solo Internet, senza DVB-T2 e senza canali classici tipo Sky o DAZN.

The staff were great! We booked two rooms for a total of 5 people (women, 80, 57, 42, 16x2), but 3 of us had flight snafus that delayed our arrival by about 20 hours. The staff was completely understanding and held our room so we could shower/nap upon our arrival early the next morning. They were ready with suggestions for dining, etc.
The location was amazing! Steps from the Champs-Elysées and very close to the, Grand Palais/Petite Palais, Hôtel des Invalides. There are good places within steps of the hotel for morning coffee & croissant, afternoon apero, and dinner.
I saw other reviews mention that the rooms are not large. I thought it was perfectly appropriately sized for a hotel in the heart of Paris. In fact, I would say that the shower was of a nice size and the second room for our group offered a little more room for luggage, etc. The beds were comfy and there were extra blankets and pillows in the room. There was a mini fridge with free soft drinks and water, and alcohol for purchase. We all thought the decor was charming. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.
It's a classic boutique hotel at a prime location.
The location tripples what the hotel could charge elsewhere.
