Hotel antigo, mas contudo limpo e sem maus cheiros
Todo o staff muito simpatico, inclusive a senhora dos pequenos almoços
Recepcionista muito simpatica e no segundo dia o que pensamos ser o proprietario muito simpatico tambem a resolver uma pequena situação que se passou no pequeno almoço, mas nada de grave.
Pelo preço correspondeu as espectativas, e pelo preço não poderia pedir mais
Pequeno almoço bom, não muito grande mas tinha tudo o que é indispensavel
Voltaremos, sem duvida

Vraiment un chouette endroit pour passer un week-end à la côte.
Pros:

Comme lors de notre premier séjour, nous avons pu avoir la même chambre avec un espace de vie très spacieux ce qui facilite les déplacements entre les voyageurs.
A souligner également, le personnel très serviable et à l'écoute des demandes faites par les clients.

Cons:

Rien à signaler à part le manque d'un cendrier à l'avant de l'hôtel mais une solution a été très vite trouvée par le personnel de l'établissement.

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel, le confort de la chambre, particulièrement spacieuse, avec une excellente literie pour moi. Le petit-déjeuner continental varié, très complet et très bon. Emplacement proche du centre et de la mer. Impeccable.

Cons:

Côté rue, trop bruyant pour moi, mais j'ai eu la possibilité de changer pour une chambre côté intérieur et là, le calme. Encore merci à la personne de l'accueil d'avoir accepté ce changement.

Hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage
Pros:

Le personnel très accueillant et souriant.
La literie était impeccable et très confortable.
Grande chambre familiale avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement ainsi qu'une grande facilité à se déplacer au sein même du logement.

Cons:

Petit bémol, il n'y a pas de cendrier à l'extérieur du batiment pour y jeter ces cigarettes mais le receptioniste a trouvé une solution rapidement donc top.

Dit hotel en de lieve mensen die er werken kan ik absoluut aanraden
Pros:

We hadden een upgrade gekregen bij het inchecken, heel erg fijn en de kamer was echt top !
De dames aan de receptie waren enorm vriendelijk en de heren die de kamer kuisen leveren uitstekend werk . Het hotel ligt vlakbij de dijk van Oostende en restaurants. Alles was fantastisch, dankjewel.

Cons:

Niks op aan te merken.
