Le professionnalisme de l'accueil sur fonctionnement de l'hôtel et la connaissance de la ville: lieux festifs, restaurants....
Le local sécurisé pour les vélos et adapté aux vélos à assistance électrique .
La propreté des chambres et le petit déjeuner .
Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la V45 qui nous a permis une vrai pause avant notre retour .

Great hospitality, thoughtful service, and excellent value
Pros:

I had a last-minute cancellation of a property I had booked and chose Hôtel Agena at the very last moment. It turned out to be an excellent choice.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 3 mins walk from the train station and about 5 mins from the city centre. Guests have access to a communal microwave, and there is a tea and coffee machine available at reception.

My room was clean and comfortable, and every request was met promptly. They even provide hot water kettles upon request. The staff were exceptionally friendly and genuinely took personal care of guests needs.

On one of the days during my stay, my taxi arrived earlier than expected, and the staff immediately arranged a packed breakfast for me. It was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, a welcoming atmosphere, and larger newly renovated family rooms for those travelling with children.

If you're looking for a comfortable, friendly, and conveniently located place to stay rather than a luxury experience, Hôtel Agena is an excellent choice
