Pros:

2ème séjour dans cet hôtel. Cette fois-ci je n’ai pas pris une chambre supérieure car ce n’était que pour 1 nuit. Elle était vraiment super.

Would recommend and would stay here again without hesitation.
Pros:

A lovely hotel with exceptional polite staff. Our room was impeccable clean as was the rest of the hotel. Good breakfast too.

Great, comfortable hotel in fabulous location
Pros:

Lovely hotel in great location. Near the market and lots of bars and restaurants but on a lovely quiet street. Bathroom was great and very clean. Huge comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Good value for money. Had breakfast one morning but opted for the market other days.

Only negative I felt were the pillows and duvet. Felt very synthetic and pillows a bit lumpy. Other than that it was fabulous!

Nice surprice
Pros:

Excellent location in the middle of the town. The house has three floors and beautiful wooden staircase irradiates an atmosphere of tranquility. Our room had a nice size, comfortable bed and window in the bathroom. All appeared very clean and well maintained. Almost no noise in the night. Friendly welcome and service and a very good breakfast.

Great place to stay in Biarritz
Pros:

Just back from a three night stay at La Maison de Lierre in Biarritz. Overall I was impressed - great location very close to all the sites - yet quiet. Nice well equipped and spacious rooms. Hotel personnel are young, friendly and very helpful. Parking on the street available but expensive and time limited. Better to park further out and walk in. Easy access by bus to the railway station, airport, St Jean de Luz and Bayonne.
Two breakfast formulas are offered - mini 'continental' at 8.90 EUR and a more complete one at 16 EUR - I found the staff a bit pushy in getting you to take one or the other and choosing a set time as the space in the dining room is very limited. But overall La Maison de Lierre is a good choice in Biarritz and is recommended.
