Great stay. amazing gym.
Pros:

Location is great, rooms are good size although a bit dated. The gym is excellent! The best in any hotel I have stayed in Riyadh. Its a proper fully equipped gym - very good!

Cons:

Pillows are too hard.

for few days the hotel is fine
Pros:

very nice location - breakfast can be improved a lot, not really nice as of now - room was good but very noisy because window on the main olaya street and car a very noisy - room rate at that time was good
