Excellent place to stay for local sight seeing & excellent value for money!
Pros:

Probably the cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed in!! The staff were excellent, we arrived late but they made us feel very welcome. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. MacPhersons Museum directly across the road, walk to the local village shops, few miles from Kingussie & the castle.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was what you would expect from a small village hotel in the Cairngorms, friendly & welcoming!

Carpet in room not hygienic 2 mattresses put together not comfortable should be king or double 1 mattress only food was average was rushed to complete order form for breakfast as soon as we got in the breakfast room overcooked hard fried eggs no option on form for runny or firmer eggs was not asked by server which would have been helpful overpriced for what we had reading response from owner about our review you cannot deny the 2 mattresses pushed together maybe other people dont mind this but for us its a no i even called to check we had not been put in a twin room and the owner said no which turned out to be 2 singles put together which was not mentioned he could have said its 2 mattress put together as business owners ourselves ( not accommodation) honesty is the best policy i know when i am being rushed to do something ie breakfast form as for the review its being honest thats the whole point to give people an insight of room/bed/service food etc at the property we have rented Villas/ Houses for weeks / and months at a time also Hotels and Bed and Breakfast all over as far as Australia and always give an honest review.

A very cozy and comfortable place out of a different era.lovely staff!
Pros:

It was a flashback many decades. So lovely and homey. Wonderful staff. We had dinner at the downstairs restaurant. Food was good and the staff was great. So personable and friendly. The room was very cozy and comfortable with a large bathroom. I loved it. The breakfast was so good! We really enjoyed it and our whole stay. Nice convenient parking.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The Perfect place
Pros:

What a little Gem. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is fab and plenty choice. We ate there on the three nights and food was excellent.
After a good day walking plenty water for a nice hot bath. Will definitely return.

Cons:

The coffee machine 😂 but on the last morning I went and tried it,
Kenny got his coffee. 👍👍

Would highly recommend the Glen Hotel to anyone holidaying in the area or passing through.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. We had an evening meal which was excellent and breakfast was also very good. Very pleasant staff.

Pros:

This place was amazing. Great custom order breakfast. Rooms were great. Near a nice street to shop and just down the road from a place for groceries if needed. Owners were nice and accommodating. Parking lot does get full at night as it’s a pub/restarting as well.

Excellent little place and would definitely stay again
Pros:

Exceptionally clean. Lovely comfortable room. The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you

Cons:

It was closed one of the days we were there due to staff shortages so not their fault. But it meant no bar in the evening and no breakfast in the morning which was a shame.
