We arrived to find no check-in details and the host phone number was invalid. We were unable to check-in and had to book elsewhere. Thus having to spend extra money on accommodation. Very dissappointed we have paid $370 for accommodation we did not get!

Absolutely perfect for a couple or family, quiet location but still very close to everything you could possibly need. We loved that there was a washing machine, spa and complimentary bath salts. Manager was very quick to respond via text when we had questions. Clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you need.
Nothing, no dryer but clothes horse is so big it easily fits a whole load of washing.

First apartment was very musty because water in dishwasher hadn't emptied but we were moved when requested
Didnt drink the water in the jug in fridge as I suspected it had been there a while
Convenient location and roomy
The living area was cold and the tv sound was broken, all distorted. The shared bathrooms had no locks. It needs decorating, walls marked and paper peeling, floor grout needs a scrub- made it seem grubby despite good standard cleaning.
Spacious. Location, pretty good facilities washing machine/drier. Peaceful
It was really cold when we got there and room 2s heat pump wasn’t very warm.
Also although the fridge/ freezer light came on it didn’t actually work and all our food we put in the freezer defrosted!!
Was a good size and well set out
When we arrived it had a very bad smell in the room which we only got rid of by putting a towel over the drains and plugs and all toilet seats down. Was obviously a plumbing issue with the room.
All facilities were quality, the heated pool and spa were appreciated and the location was very quite.
The location is a little inconvenient, requiring us to drive to most activities, which we knew when we booked.
Easy access to the unit
Beautiful set up, everything you need for a short weekend away. Access to my apartment was easy. Beds were comfy, bathroom products were a great choice and I loved the smell off them! Definitely will be back again.
The sky remote volume button was stuck to a high volume and couldn't turn it down but we didn't make much use of downstairs anyways.
