The apartment on booking.com sounded like it was very central but it actually wasn’t as central as it sounded
Pros:

The view was nice

Cons:

The toilet stunk and the key would always work in the door to get into the apartment

The views from the balcony

Cons:

The fact that there were zero fly screens, the windows wouldn't open. The place needed a deep clean because there was mild in the lighting fixtures. Both bathrooms needed to be refurbished. The one fan provided didn't work

Pros:

The apartment was spacious and located conveniently close to our sporting locations.

Cons:

I disliked the shower/spa in the main bedroom as it was awkward to use. The shower curtain was quite small and not big enough to stop the water splashing everywhere as well and provide privacy from the window.

large comfortable apartment.

Cons:

Pool area was disappointing, no outdoor furniture and after reading reviews it appears it has been that way for sometime. Cupboards require moisture absorbers as everything had dank musty smell. Main bathroom required sink and drain cleaner.

Pros:

The location was superb. We were only staying for a couple of days, but we requested to extend our stay which was accepted. The bed was very comfortable and provided relief for my sore back. The unit set's outlay and views were exceptional.If/when we decide to stay in Cairns again, we will definitely try to secure accommodation here again.

Great complex. Good swimming pool and sauna. Great location, not quite walking distance to main centre, but still handy.

Great location for what we wanted and will book again.
Pros:

Great location and size of apartment.

Cons:

Apartment was quite dated. Hardly any furniture around the pool - only a few chairs.. we did ask for help with the TV (could not adjust the volume at all) , but nothing was done 😞

Poor cleaning of room prior to arrival.
Old outdated facilities and furniture
Single beds kept rolling didnt have stoppers.
Had to ask after 5 days for more toilet paper and clean sheets and towels
Spa didnt work
Shower and toilets had other people's hair prior to our family using the facilities.
Kitchen facilities were poor not enough tea and coffee, milk, dish washing powered, washing detergent for 8 nights stay.
