Pros:

Мы были в городе во время концерта BTS. Смогли урвать это место как цена качество. Реальность превзошла ожидания, было все чисто, старинных занавесок и мебели не было. Все было современно. Завтрак был включен. В номере правда не было чайника например, но мы попросили и нам налили кипяток с бара.

Cons:

Шумоизоляции не было. Слышали разговор соседей очень громко.

Cons:

There is no lift in the hotel. The room is in need of renovation, and there were no available TV channels. The bathroom facilities are also outdated, with very old towels and a broken shower holder. The breakfast is very poor. Overall, the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 3-star property.

overall a good stay
Pros:

the room was clean (90%)
bathroom recently renovated
breakfast quite good, considering it's included in the price this not bad
the staff is friendly and beds are comfortable
location strategic, in walkable distance from the centre

Cons:

a bit noisy, the road is trafficked (but mostly from the construction work in front of it)
might be a bit hot in the summer, ac doesn't work that well (there was a fan though and if you keep the window open it's okay)
tv doesn't work
not the best looking interior, could use some renovation

Not worth the money
Pros:

Not that far away from the metro station. Bus stop in front of hotel. Comfortable mattress.

Cons:

Way to expensive for what you actually get. Dirty towels with not so pleasant smell and there was a bad chemical smell in the bathroom that did not go away. Loud neighbors from the building across that look straight into the room. Fire escape type of balcony next to the window that can be accessed by almost anyone, so no privacy and safety. TV didn’t work, there is AC but no remote control for it so it gets quite hot in the room. Very bad lighting, there is only the one on the ceiling. Check out was at 12h as per the instructions of the staff on reception and the card key holder I got, but the cleaning lady ushered me out of the room at 11h.

Excelente
Pros:

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, buen precio, es un hotel en forma, las habitaciones limpias, aire acondicionado, el desayuno simple pero variado y rico y el personal siempre atento y amables. Lo recomiendo totalmente si vienes de estadía corta a Bruselas. Además, aunque las calles de noche no son muy agradables o aparentemente seguras para recorrer, encuentras todo cerca, estaciones de tren, centro y súper.
