Pode-se dizer que a localização é boa, fica a 20 min andando da Grand-Place. Eu preferi caminhar, mas também havia acesso a todos os tipos de transporte público nas proximidades (tram, ônibus, metrô). Também é super próximo ao Jardim Botânico, à Estação Norte, e à Igreja Real de Santa Maria de Schaerbeek.

Cons:

Para mim, não é um grande problema, mas é bom atentar que o prédio não possui elevador. Também achei o banheiro mal ventilado e, como estive hospedado durante um dos dias mais quentes do ano, a ventilação do quarto, no geral, era bem pobre. Eles forneceram um ventilador, porém não era suficiente.

У готелі йде заміна системи кондиціонування, але нас про це не попередили! При температурі 35 в кімнаті було біля 39, на третій день побачили у сусідів вентилятор і попросили для себе. Нам принесли його після трьох нагадувань!!!! Сніданок бідненький, вибору практично не було, навіть яєчню приносили з 30 хв запізненням. Ми самі там вже не зупинимось і друзям не порадимо!

Camera piccola, aria condizionata che non funzionava, tubi del condizinatore a vista che fuoriescono da un buco nel muro NON sigillato, colazione che non si è potuta avere con l'opzione senza glutine nonostante fossero stati avvertiti.
